Penitent Boots give x25% modifier to this build and easy way to apply chill is the cold basic attack specialty. You don't really need fireball specialty when hitting bosses, vecause there's no mobs around to proc it

I loved the Fireball Build but i fell in love with the Lightspear Build. Its just so braindead xD
I found a hour glass with GA to conjur mastery, worth rerolling you say
