- In this video I show how to turn a non-rechargeable 1.5V battery into a rechargeable lithium battery at home and charge it with an adapter or USB Port it is amazing that I charge my mouse battery by the laptop and use it again.
To make this rechargeable battery, we use a 3.7-volt lithium battery and bring it to 1.5 volts using a reducing regulator.
To charge the 3.7V battery, we use the charging module, but due to its inappropriate size, we have to remove it from the board and change it to smaller dimensions.
At the end by using typical USB connector made it suitable to connect to Lab top USB port and any USB adaptor. if you like, you can use a type C connector for your device compatibility.

You should include some USB storage capacity as well.. so you can reinstall your windows from your mouse battery if needed :D
nice :D
Very impressive to fit the entire charging module on the side of the usb port. Did you use the original 1.1k resistor that sets the charging current to 1A? That small lipo cell should only be charged with 200 mA so you should have used around 7k resistor
What is the point of all that work to get a 200mAh when we can easily buy a 1350 mAh or more and recharge it with a cheap charger?
if you wanna practice soldering ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Where can i find the circuit diagramm?
Undervoltageprotection for the LiPo?
How do you use cover of USB port as polar side of battery when you covered? Does it touches the USB port itself?
thats what I don't get. I doubt this works
how's positive (+) polarity of the battery connect when used as a normal battery? coz i didn't see any wire?
thanks for your comment, In this type of battery, the negative terminal is connected to the overall body of the battery, while the positive terminal is isolated. We transfer the negative charge to the bottom of the battery using a wire, and we connect the positive charge to the body using a spring. When you place the cut part back in its place, the positive charge enters your circuits.
@@InnovaDIY nice explained, i get it now 😍
Which is plus poin and negative points of battery now?
Could you make a list of the thing in this video on Amazon maybe?
Thanks a lot, I will do that but i need time for this.
All the item descriptions you need are on the video, if you cannot find them, then I would not suggest you unsolder and resolder a TP4046 circuit...
Where can find Diagram of soldering?
Thank you for taking the time to share your ideas! I appreciate your input.
@@InnovaDIY Ой. да ладно. но это далеко не самый лучший мой проект (идея). к тому же в нём упущены важные детали. Надеюсь именно этот вклад. не будет повторён на производстве. в первоначальном его виде. Спасибо!

Nice
Thanks
Awesome
Thanks
plz do not charge tiny lipo with 1 amp of current. dont follow the circuit blindly plz understand it first before moving on to making stuff.

Thanks for your attention
Bad design. No protection from over discharge
This is a really dangerous idea. Please don't try this at home unless you know what you're doing and the battery is fully discharged.
Linear voltage regulator. Pathetic
Thanks for your attention, I used LDO (Low Dropout) because it is easy for everyone. Please share your idea.
Fake he did not put the light in the one that he made out of plastic at the end
No, It is not FAKE, It took a long time from me to get it working properly. Please, watch the video with more attention.
The plastic strip at the end is used to insulate the metal battery housing from the USB connector

@@stevebabiak6997 Ah ok, blue cable to the base (-) of the 1.5 battery case, the body of the "battery" is connected to the 1.5V output (via the orange cable) and the insolation at the top is needed to not cause a short with the encasement of the USB connector which is (-) - correct?
