I have 2013 L 3901 and the differential is on right side and is just a bar. How could you extend it. Thanks
I have a LX3310 with a cab, do you have tie down points? I haul my tractor a lot and always trying to figure out the best place to secure tie down straps.
I have an older bx23 with a diff lock but it is fwd. Does that lock the front or rear? It is just depressed no lock.
The BX has a deferential lock that locks the rear axels only. It’s only engaged while your foot is on the lever. It’s only to be used momentarily because the two rear axels are locked together and the system can be easily damaged if overloaded. This system is only used going straight and forward or reverse. Don’t attempt to make turns using it.
I started playing with "Mini Killer" a little today, waiting on my world famous mods from Specialty Repairs. If I had one major complaint is that the treddle pedal. My big arse foot, size 12 4E, keeps getting hung in between pedal and tractor. I guess that's something I'll have to learn to deal with. I absolutely love all the stuff I got today. I will definately put them to good use and eventually make a "short", no pun intended, video of before and after. As usual,AWESOME products, you 2. GOD Bless.
I am sorry to comment again, but I still get a kick out of this "short" video. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use my Mini Killer for a little while, but I still enjoy getting to see my lil Bro and cousins playing with my baby tractor. I can hardly wait to get some more mods. That would have been awesome on my BX25 as I hated the little lever. But alas I just traded it in 3 weeks ago for a B2601 and it has a nice big lever :)

Great mod guys. The factory leaver is very small I must say.. I have had my head slip off it multiplies times in the past so I’m assuming others have as well. You should do good with this mod Paul!

Hey Paul, my father's 5740 kubota rear implement raise / lower lever is VERY difficult to move up or down.
I have lubricated the long series of linkages and they seem in good condition.
Any thoughts?

The plastic panel is a bit of a dog to get off. Just take your time. Must be something inside casing the issue. Good luck.

Paul those differential lock pedal extensions are nice it being orange helps at night operating for snow clearing no more flash light to find the little thing and the grip tape so the foot doesn't slip off being safer

Not sure why today came a different colour
My biggest problem with a BX 1870 is the rear lift/mower lift lever is too short ! Love a factory looking extension. It should have been taller than the hi lo range selector anyway so as not to grab the wrong lever which I’ve done. Any thoughts from you Paul or anyone else on this issue is welcome. You two are great!! Wondering if you have ever considered rubber feet pads for the stock or sure foot BH feet. I would sure appreciate being able to work from the asphalt without leaving my calling card.

Curt I dont know about now because of Covid but when I needed it, it could be up to 3-6 weeks. After my experience and I’m sure the bad rep our health care received from the publicity they announced that it was 68% faster to get it done. I have no way to verify that.

The governor here is insane not taking the first responders first. So anyone over 65 and responders can get a shot if you can beat others on calling to make an appointment when 10,000 people call within 11 minutes. Then it's booked for that week. And now snow birds are here wanting their shots first. People are still not wearing a mask, which is insane. Also people that have had the shot are worrying if they will get second shot. So we don't go many places and if we do we wear a mask plain and simple. I think that first pedal you made might fit my LS. And by the way got rid of my metal toolbox because it started rusting in the same place as the other one. Have a great week Paul and Kathy!
