[4K] Best Apartment for Celebrities: Hannam The Hill in Seoul Korea

Hello everyone!
Today, I looked around Hannam The Hill, a neighborhood right next to UN Village. It is an apartment complex that has become more famous as a dormitory for BTS. It is also the complex with the most expensive apartments in Korea. (Until PH129 in Cheongdam-dong appeared.)
I couldn't get inside the complex because every entrance was strictly controlled, but I was able to feel the atmosphere of Hannam The Hill just by taking a walk around it. Right in front of the main gate, there are 3 buildings of the smallest 26 pyeong (59 m²) in the complex, so it feels like a guard post for the large units inside. Of course, a unit like that post is worth over 2.5 billion won (about $21.7 million).

There were apartments that competed back and forth for the pronoun of 'the best, highest price apartment'. However, some time ago, these pronouns began to be unified under one apartment name.
That apartment is ‘Hannam The Hill’. It has already established itself as one of the best and most expensive apartments in Korea on various community sites and media outlets.
It wasn't just an image that quickly emerged. Hannam The Hill has already been proven as the most expensive apartment in Korea through objective indicators.
Hannam The Hill has never missed the position of the highest-priced apartment for five years from 2015 to this year 2019. At the beginning of this year, a 244 m² dedicated to this complex was traded at an all-time high of 8.4 billion won(7.26 million dollars), setting a new record for the highest transaction price for an apartment in Korea.
As with many high-end luxury goods, in the case of ultra-high-priced apartments, “who buys” rather than simply “how much” tells the status of the apartment. ‘Hannam The Hill’ deserves a perfect score in this field. Because it is full of the names of celebrities who are more gorgeous than any other apartment.
First, the super world star BTS (BTS) born in Korea became a hot topic by setting up a dorm in Hannam The Hill. Also, in June, when actor So Ji-sub bought this apartment and drew attention from the public, there was an incident that explained that he was not the only owner of a house for marriage. In addition, at the beginning of this year, the couple Rain and Tae-hee Kim got one in each of the different wards of this apartment and became a hot topic.
In addition, it attracts attention as there are large-scale stars Psy, Ahn Sung-ki, Han Hyo-joo, Lee Young-ja, Lee Seung-cheol, Park Hyo-shin, and Chu Ja-hyun, who are not usually mentioned in any articles.
Why do celebrities go to ‘Hannam The Hill’?
First, it is a perfect access control system. The fact that it protects the privacy of the stars was a big advantage. A security team resides at the front and back doors, and security personnel control the access of those who appear to be non-residents at all times. The quiet atmosphere that comes from the small size of the 600-unit apartment complex is also a factor that has attracted the attention of celebrities who value privacy.
It goes without saying that Hannam The Hill has an excellent location as a residential area. First of all, the two major business districts in Korea, Gwanghwamun and Gangnam, are close to each other, so road transportation is excellent. The subway, which is often mentioned in terms of location, is only a little far from Hangangjin Station on Subway Line 6, but this is not a factor that affects the residents who prefer to move by car.
Here, it goes without saying that there are basic facilities that match the reputation of a super-high-priced apartment, such as a high-end fitness center, banquet hall, swimming pool, golf course, spa, and medical service.
Nine One Hannam, which will be completed in October of this year, has many good things planned, such as the redevelopment of Hannam New Town.

You can take tours of the apartment/condos that celebrities live/d in... No, they are not there - they are just places up for sale and looking don't cost a thing...
