Our Yorkie caught E-Coli when he was a puppy. It took over a year of 'bad tummy' events before the vet sorted a treatment that finally worked. It was not a good time :( Another great video. You two always make me laugh! :)

You should get the Rachel Reilly jigsaw puzzle - it's just one big piece. You take it out of box and just stare at it. If you stare at it long enough, your whole life goes to pieces. Cracking episode - highlight was Mum and Dad carrying Pablo across the bridge.

I last went to Knaresborough when I was a young teen. Seeing It brings back fond memories of rowing up the river with my first girlfriend and managing have a snog and cop a feel whilst my father who was on the bank looking the other way. Its true that mother Shipton could turn things to rock 😉

Knaresborough is a lovely place to visit. We have been paddleboarding down that short Sretch of river. Like most places, best visited in the warmer months. Another great (humorous) vid, keep championing our lovely local hot spots.

Do they put the bench on a lead to stop it from floating away, when the river is in spate ? They used to put hot coals from the fire into the bed pan, to warm the bed up pre getting in it, not hot water in that pan, that was a hot water bottle, which were long square ceramic containers then, with a screw top and Cork seal. If they cracked slightly or the stopper started leaking water a bit, people used to then fill them with sand and place them in front of the fire on the hearth to get hot, then put them between the bed sheets. Or your perceptions of surrounding features may be an attempt at irony, who knows ? If you had listened to Claire and bought a caravan, you could have driven in the car from the camp site, instead of getting cold and wet, you live and learn so they say lol.

Great video. Very funny as always. We go there regularly. We usually eat in the marigold on the riverside. It gets extremely busy in the summer. The most amazing thing about knaresborough is the lady that dresses up in medieval clothing and has 2 ravens that you can feed and they also speak to you oh and they are not usually tethered.😮 How much was the coat? Cos we've literally just spent over five hundred bucks on two of them in go outdoors today! By the way, you're very good at jigsaws.... I bet you'd be a natural at sowing or knitting 😅 Sharon and Trevor
@@Stchristopherofatlantis we tested our new coats today at Nostell priory and in today's torrential rain they were perfect. So we recommend the RAB KANGRI fro go outdoors. By the way we also recommend a trip to Hawes in wensleydale. From the campsite it's a nice walk through the village centre to the wensleydale creamery where you can try lots of cheeses for free! Make sure you're hungry before you go! 😀

However I am often put off by bed size, headroom etc. Have you ever done any videos about this problem or would you consider putting something together to help out the lankies among us. Brilliant as always. We love Knaresborough. How long roughly is that walk? It looks brilliant but for us 2 miles is max. Youve inspired me to try and start doing vids properly when we start again in April. Trouble is at 73, my energy levels are so low and Im a lazy b.....you work so hard to edit beautiful videos and I know that takès a lot of time,dedication and effort. Well done. The jigsaw part was soooo funny and Claires PD trick was absolutely amazing. Cant wait for your next adventure !😊
Hi. So that took us about 50 minutes and just over 2 miles, each way. We kept stopping so it wasn’t too bad. Coming back we made a wrong turn and the walk wasn’t as enjoyable on the main road. We loved Knaresborough having not been before. We will return to that site, it was ace. We will watch your videos. 73 is the new 43 👍😎

Knaresborough is a lovely place to visit. We have been paddleboarding down that short Sretch of river. Like most places, best visited in the warmer months.

Do they put the bench on a lead to stop it from floating away, when the river is in spate ? They used to put hot coals from the fire into the bed pan, to warm the bed up pre getting in it, not hot water in that pan, that was a hot water bottle, which were long square ceramic containers then, with a screw top and Cork seal. If they cracked slightly or the stopper started leaking water a bit, people used to then fill them with sand and place them in front of the fire on the hearth to get hot, then put them between the bed sheets.
Or your perceptions of surrounding features may be an attempt at irony, who knows ? If you had listened to Claire and bought a caravan, you could have driven in the car from the camp site, instead of getting cold and wet, you live and learn so they say lol.

Great video. Very funny as always. We go there regularly. We usually eat in the marigold on the riverside. It gets extremely busy in the summer. The most amazing thing about knaresborough is the lady that dresses up in medieval clothing and has 2 ravens that you can feed and they also speak to you oh and they are not usually tethered.😮 How much was the coat? Cos we've literally just spent over five hundred bucks on two of them in go outdoors today!
By the way, you're very good at jigsaws.... I bet you'd be a natural at sowing or knitting 😅

@@Stchristopherofatlantis we tested our new coats today at Nostell priory and in today's torrential rain they were perfect. So we recommend the RAB KANGRI fro go outdoors. By the way we also recommend a trip to Hawes in wensleydale. From the campsite it's a nice walk through the village centre to the wensleydale creamery where you can try lots of cheeses for free! Make sure you're hungry before you go! 😀

Hi Andy/Claire. Great content. I am after some motorhome advice. Like you (Claire) I am also of average height (6'5") and interested in buying a motorhome. However I am often put off by bed size, headroom etc. Have you ever done any videos about this problem or would you consider putting something together to help out the lankies among us. P.s. it took me ages to type lankies it kept correcting to hankies.

Why did we have curry sauce in a motorhome?? Anyway keep up the good work you both remind me of a couple we know from up north when we all meet up we go for walks taking the mickey out of everything, just shows some northerners have a sense of humour 😂 x

Brilliant as always. We love Knaresborough. How long roughly is that walk? It looks brilliant but for us 2 miles is max. Youve inspired me to try and start doing vids properly when we start again in April. Trouble is at 73, my energy levels are so low and Im a lazy b.....you work so hard to edit beautiful videos and I know that takès a lot of time,dedication and effort. Well done. The jigsaw part was soooo funny and Claires PD trick was absolutely amazing. Cant wait for your next adventure !😊
Hi. So that took us about 50 minutes and just over 2 miles, each way. We kept stopping so it wasn’t too bad. Coming back we made a wrong turn and the walk wasn’t as enjoyable on the main road. We loved Knaresborough having not been before. We will return to that site, it was ace.

Great trip around Knaresborough, never been there, looks an interesting place to visit. Without that lead the bench could end up with all those logs at the bridge. Another piece of useless information, there is a moth named after Mother Shipton.
