I didn’t finish the research for the first event ever. They should definitely extend it. It was really 14 hours because I was rushing at the end to do trades and evolves. But I never finished the battle research for the legendaries.
I'll be honest, playing the Jhoto tour was fantastically nostalgic.. Hatching the baby Pokemon from 2km eggs with increased shiny chances is reminiscent to the odd egg the old man gives you in the day care. The legendary roamers popping up in the wild and running away. Mt. Silver hour, grinding hard for shiny sneasel 😭😭 I still didn't get it .. But it was tons of fun no doubt. Most definitely can't wait for the Hoenn Tour, its my most favorite generation so I'm definitely hyped for that
Congrats on the shiny corsola. I saw you do some of the collection challenges. Did you do the individual special trainers battle one. That one was hard because they were hard to find. Took a long time to complete.
Had a great event, got 39 shinies! I actually found a wild shiny Raikou(twins)! But Congrats on all those shinies, I’m honestly a big fan of the Go Tour events, my only change would be adding a day to do the evolving quests because I’d rather not waste too much time evolving during the event Edit: after I fully finished the video, we twinned on a lot of things - Both had 39 shinies - Hatched a shiny Pichu after the event finished - Shiny Wild Raikou (that was a 0 star)

Wild shiny legendaries don't flee, but they aren't like a guaranteed catch like you could catch them in a poke ball. I ran out of balls on a shiny latias in the wild during whatever event they were spawning in and I cried in Target and still cry when I walk down that aisle

Congrats on the shiny Corsola and Raikou. I ended up with 9 shinies, including 2 phanpy's (traded 1 to my hubby who got no shinies all day - nonticketed). I was walking the wrong eggs and my mobility scooter adventure synch doesn't work! I am in Australia. Got overwhelmed as I was out playing by myself and totally forgot to evolve my espeon. Only ever had 2 Raikou in the wild, so couldn't do that cool challenge, plus couldn't find many battle leader dudes at pokestops, got stuck on Fighting. I agree hope they do it over the 2 days next yr otherwise, I'll probably not get Hoenn ticket. Well done on all those shinies.
This personally wasn’t my favorite event. I wasn’t able to play hard for the whole time but I didn’t think the shiny odds were that good and I missed out on a lot of the new shinies. I also didn’t find a single wild entei to finish the quest.
I got my shiny corsola after 2 raids!! I literally was telling my friend "I have no faith in getting this shiny" and then we saw the encounter and screamed! I also got a shiny hitmontop from the research and couldn't believe it! What a great day 👍🏻😃
congrats on your shiny corsola i did 250 raids and didnt get. apparently its 1/470 chances, so it is full odds which is pretty scummy for niantic to not announce before the event when they usually boost the odds. i never wouldve tried if i knew that, but thought i was just unlucky
Congrats on the coveted shiny corsola! I raided over 50 with no luck. I did however manage 52 shinies yesterday! I played the full 12 hours in my small town. My favourite was shiny girafarig!!
gg’s, I grinded quite harder than usual for this Tour, I found 29 shinies which is a very good average but not finding any of the brand new ones suck, but what didn’t suck is finding 3 100%’s including one of those being the glorious shundo Wooper and random array of missing shinies.
For the first 3 hours with boosted odds, check everything got no shinies, after going to help and trying to find if there any bugs or that was just super super bad luck and doing a refresh on PoGo after sending the messages shinies did start appearing, 15 total. Herracross was a big win, wild Shiny Raikou and mission Shiny Suicune are great, and for having Gold version I got 2 blue cows as most common shiny. Also the trainer/leader battles were buggy, sometimes having CP of shadow Pokémon, and shadow Pokémon having CP of normal Pokémon. Yay. Last year was 3 stars. This year is 2 stars.
I got the shiny remoraid between trading shiny trubbish for shiny Lickitung which the licky came out a Goku bad! 🤣 When you both got that Poliwhirl, that was iconic. Lol congrats on the shinies!
My tour sucked. We were on vacation and the service was so bad. And the few times I had service there were no gyms or Pokestops. I got 0 shinies and completed only 2 collection challenges 😂😂😂
I wanted the shiny girafarig also plus the j unknown shiny but got neither. I did get a shlundo from a trade of a shiny ferroseed. Got a shiny sudowoodo & wooper. Got 15 shinies in total for the day including special trades
Congrats dude! None of the new shinys for me, despite doing almost 59 corsola. I did get a weather boosted and non weather boosted perfect which was nice and even a perfectly bad 10 10 10. Also a random shiny entai in the wild. Pretty fun event but lack of event exclusive spawns and unowns was a bit of a let down. Love the vids man keep it up

Johto Tour was my second ever ticketed event I participated in and it was just too overwhelming with all the spawns, raids, NPC battles (and the battle tasks that glitched for me and I couldn’t turn off or complete them) and of course playing with the community. I felt 12 hours were too less for post event aspects like trades and evolutions (which I missed myself). As someone who doesn’t use catching devices raids felt like time I was wasting not catching and with only 4 people in our community of 50 having Silver ticket trading was impossible and as a result I was unable to complete the challenge. I wished Niantic gave us more time to trade Pokémon. Since now we have remote passes we can do everything by our own but depending on others for trades/trade evolves is still not same for obvious reasons. For the last 2 hours I tried finding someone with a lediba to trade so that I could evolve it and I didn’t get it. Other than that the event was awesome for me at least. Thanks for all your tips and tricks leading up to the event!!!
Okay I didn’t do a hundred but I did do 20 raids for Cordola so really did way too many for what I can do. Lol!! But this event was rushed I feel. But regardless I should of shiny checked more. But driving around to get the leaders was rough. Lol!
Grats on the shinies! Over all it was a decent event, but some things could have been improved, Remoraid spawns for example, I think I saw maybe a whopping total of 7 spawn throughout the whole thing. Other things were done pretty well, like the Legendary Dogs spawning in the wild with a high flee rate (reminiscent of the OG games).

I didn’t get a single shiny from my versions spawns from the incense and I went hard all day used all my passes on Lugia no shiny either best shiny I got was the miltank I not sure if the event was good for me felt pretty deflated at the end of it
man I kind like hate this, because I want Phanpy so much, after those little spawns. Luckly got new shiny Remorade after 5 chekcs I gues. Hatched a shiny Magby after missing sparkles and happy for shiny Raikou after incense run away from quest a picture. I saw many Girafarig, no shiny, many Chansy no shiny, many Miltank, no shiny.
I set out to get a shiny miltank as my target for this event, the hour that miltank showed up I was literally shiny checking all of them as much as I could but to no avail it didn't shine for me, said to myself I'd be super lucky to get it at the 2nd hour that miltank would come out, almost 40 mins to the hour I decided to go back to my original spot and lo' and behold I got a miltank, but here's the crazy part after catching the shiny, I picked up another miltank and caught it, then I picked up another one, then it's another shiny. One of my friends with me told me can he have the other one, told him sorry but I already had an agreement with one of my buddy, but I told him, if I get a 3rd one, it will be his. I got a shiny marill after the 2nd shiny miltank, then when I was about to pick up another miltank, I told my friend who was asking for the 2nd shiny miltank to start praying quick and when I picked up the miltank guess what? it was shiny, so as I promised right then and there, I gave him the 3rd one. Man, this kind of thing never happens to me, in less than 8 catches, I got 3 shiny miltank and 1 shiny marill, I was so happy. Getting 1 shiny miltank is already very hard, and getting a second - my chances to that was next to none, but a 3rd one? To me that's sheer lunacy!!! Hahaha. Btw, when my storage was full I only realized that I didn't notice that I picked up a shiny Girafarig as well.

The event kinda stunk for me. It might’ve just been bad luck, but the shiny odds felt really bad. I was mainly just hunting for specific Shiny Pokémon, but only caught 10 by the end of the 12 hours. Barely any were new for me, and I missed out on almost all of my targets, especially Shiny Hoothoot and Phanpy. I think the shiny odds should’ve been better, as well as how often incense exclusive Pokémon spawned. For a ticketed event, it didn’t entirely feel worth the money
I always do that, I say I won't do the raids during the event but I still didn't have a shiny Heracross or Corsola. Did over 70 Raids with no invites, or shinnies. Which took away from the event. I did end up with 32 shinnies, 2 did run away due to the Go Plus of course it was a back to back too, and they both ran. For them to drop new shinnies and you couldn't even found them. That's not cool, now the Kanto Tour was better in the sense of New shinnies and being able to find them. Also it only being 1 day, oh and I only saw a total of 10 startes. Even choosing Chikorita, I saw 4 total. No shiny either. A little upset at this event.

This was a really good event for me I got 1 shiny suicune from my 2nd raid and a shiny raikou and shiny suicune from the snapshot challenge a shiny ho-oh and I got a shiny wooper,natu,sudowoodo,misdreavus,golbat,sunkern and last 5 minute clutch girafarig
had yet another dissappointing event.grinded from 9 till 4 with only 4 shinnies, only 1 swinub, didn't get any of the gold exclusives apart from that, literally the only good thing was getting both ho-oh and lugia then game decided to stop working for about 2 hours caught a couple more hophip and snubull both of which weren't special for event. really upset to not even get one teddy ursa or shadow off 8 cliff encounters couldn't complete research as never encountered a horsea and unfortunately just forgot to evolve umbrion.
This event was trash! As a shiny hunter the odds where terrible for the new shinys. Corsola was full odds from raids, hatched over 210 2km and Tyroge was barely anywhere to be seen.

Bro I went shiny hunting with my friends on a community day we checked an evee everyone got a shiny except one of my friends we were 5 people so basically 4 people got the same shiny that one friend was pretty sad tho
All the exeggcutors are spawning as on the pokemon presents they announced today that gen 7 is coming to pkmn go aswel as that they have announced gen 9 launching in Nov for switch
I also gave this event a 6/10. It wasn't...bad...but I really think Niantic should adopt the 2-day strategy from now on with these Tours. One day to solely focus on spawns, habitats, and shiny checks. One day to solely focus on raids, Go Rocket, and battle rewards. 12 hours was a lot of time, but it felt like there was SO much to do and it was a wee bit overwhelming. Plus: - Loads of people were locked out of completing the evolution research either because of Umbreon / Espeon, or not having exclusive Pokemon from the other ticket. - It would be nice knowing shiny odds in advance. Niantic will likely never publicly release them, but it would really help players plan out how many raids they're going to do in the hunt for a raid locked shiny. - Incense spawns seemed slightly askew for some players. Myself, I saw maybe 12-15 Mantine the entire event despite 12 hours of incense used and it being a banner Pokemon for the Gold ticket. Made hunting them particularly difficult.
Congrats Bro! I got 62 shinies on my account! Insane! Walked 38 km during the day. Missed gyraffe and pineco, but got many of The ones i wanted, like remoraid at 20:54 pm! Also after The event at 9:05 pm there was a corsola raid left, so I did It. Shiny corsola to end The day! Amazing event even though I missed like almost 45min-1h
Yeah I had a Corsola Raid addiction from my invites and inviting my friends on my list. I just hope I'll encounter a Shiny Corsola on my island for sure!
I got 31 shinies in Total! My 2 targets were corsola and miltank i finally found a shiny miltank and my game glitched and i lost it then 2 minutes before the event ended i got a blue cow from my incense! Amazing ending. I really wanted corsola but didn't get it i went 0/98 sadly. AND GEN 7 HYPE!!!
( Very Disappointed In This Event ) - Played Hard For All 12 Hours & Only Came Away With 10 Total Shinys & Thats Even Including The Shiny Gyarados That Everyone Who Bought A Ticket To Play Was Guarenteed To Get Not To Mention None Of The Ones I Even Really Wanted & Was Looking For & Before You Even Ask Yes I Bought A Ticket Plus Even Spent An Additional $20.00 Dollars To Pay For More Raid Passes Because I Really Wanted Both A Shiny Corsola & Heracross But Came Out With Neither One After Doing 38 Of Them Total . . . . . Corsola Raids = 21 Heracross = 17 Not To Mention I Wasn't Even Able To Finish Practically Half Of The Catch Research They Had For Us To Do During The Event So That Was A Waste Too . . . . . Really Bummed . . . . .

You could have taken a pic of entei after a raid (before you catch it) and it would have counted for the quest. I only realized that in the last hour

I did only need clefa from the whole region and elekid but i traded one from my alt and i raided one corsola. But not my boosted clefa
i got two phanpy and didn't notice the second one was shiny so i clicked of it and it despawned

One of my friends with me told me can he have the other one, told him sorry but I already had an agreement with one of my buddy, but I told him, if I get a 3rd one, it will be his. I got a shiny marill after the 2nd shiny miltank, then when I was about to pick up another miltank, I told my friend who was asking for the 2nd shiny miltank to start praying quick and when I picked up the miltank guess what? it was shiny, so as I promised right then and there, I gave him the 3rd one. Man, this kind of thing never happens to me, in less than 8 catches, I got 3 shiny miltank and 1 shiny marill, I was so happy. Getting 1 shiny miltank is already very hard, and getting a second - my chances to that was next to none, but a 3rd one? To me that's sheer lunacy!!! Hahaha. Btw, when my storage was full I only realized that I didn't notice that I picked up a shiny Girafarig as well.

I got my shiny corsola on my very first raid! Then I felt so bad for the people that raided more than 100. Anyways Congrats on your shiny corsola and that Donphan looks awesome!

The event kinda stunk for me. It might’ve just been bad luck, but the shiny odds felt really bad. I was mainly just hunting for specific Shiny Pokémon, but only caught 10 by the end of the 12 hours. Barely any were new for me, and I missed out on almost all of my targets, especially Shiny Hoothoot and Phanpy. I think the shiny odds should’ve been better, as well as how often incense exclusive Pokémon spawned. For a ticketed event, it didn’t entirely feel worth the money

I always do that, I say I won't do the raids during the event but I still didn't have a shiny Heracross or Corsola. Did over 70 Raids with no invites, or shinnies. Which took away from the event. I did end up with 32 shinnies, 2 did run away due to the Go Plus of course it was a back to back too, and they both ran. For them to drop new shinnies and you couldn't even found them. That's not cool, now the Kanto Tour was better in the sense of New shinnies and being able to find them. Also it only being 1 day, oh and I only saw a total of 10 startes. Even choosing Chikorita, I saw 4 total. No shiny either. A little upset at this event.
Got 4 Shinys in 12 hours and no hundo. Only got 2 Legendary in the wild and no shiny legendary. Trash event for me.
It was so awesome to meet you in the park. Thanks for stopping and talking to me and my husband :) I ended up with 41 shinies. I got a shiny Suicune and Entei and a wild shiny Steelix! I had a lot of fun and a bonus was that it was on my birthday weekend! So I had a great birthday :) Also, I spotted us in the background of your video. So cool!

This was a really good event for me I got 1 shiny suicune from my 2nd raid and a shiny raikou and shiny suicune from the snapshot challenge a shiny ho-oh and I got a shiny wooper,natu,sudowoodo,misdreavus,golbat,sunkern and last 5 minute clutch girafarig
had yet another dissappointing event.grinded from 9 till 4 with only 4 shinnies, only 1 swinub, didn't get any of the gold exclusives apart from that, literally the only good thing was getting both ho-oh and lugia then game decided to stop working for about 2 hours caught a couple more hophip and snubull both of which weren't special for event. really upset to not even get one teddy ursa or shadow off 8 cliff encounters couldn't complete research as never encountered a horsea and unfortunately just forgot to evolve umbrion.
This event was trash! As a shiny hunter the odds where terrible for the new shinys. Corsola was full odds from raids, hatched over 210 2km and Tyroge was barely anywhere to be seen.
Im happy for you that you get everything but I m angry at the same time and jealous the jotoh tour was realy bad in the Nederlands 😭I did not get anything what I wanted . I hope corsula come back someday
Bro I went shiny hunting with my friends on a community day we checked an evee everyone got a shiny except one of my friends we were 5 people so basically 4 people got the same shiny that one friend was pretty sad tho

I'm not gonna lie this was not one of the best event in mine or my family's opinion and a lot of people we talked also said the day was pretty hard
I also gave this event a 6/10. It wasn't...bad...but I really think Niantic should adopt the 2-day strategy from now on with these Tours. One day to solely focus on spawns, habitats, and shiny checks. One day to solely focus on raids, Go Rocket, and battle rewards. 12 hours was a lot of time, but it felt like there was SO much to do and it was a wee bit overwhelming. Plus:
- Loads of people were locked out of completing the evolution research either because of Umbreon / Espeon, or not having exclusive Pokemon from the other ticket.
- It would be nice knowing shiny odds in advance. Niantic will likely never publicly release them, but it would really help players plan out how many raids they're going to do in the hunt for a raid locked shiny.
- Incense spawns seemed slightly askew for some players. Myself, I saw maybe 12-15 Mantine the entire event despite 12 hours of incense used and it being a banner Pokemon for the Gold ticket. Made hunting them particularly difficult.

Congrats Bro! I got 62 shinies on my account! Insane! Walked 38 km during the day. Missed gyraffe and pineco, but got many of The ones i wanted, like remoraid at 20:54 pm! Also after The event at 9:05 pm there was a corsola raid left, so I did It. Shiny corsola to end The day! Amazing event even though I missed like almost 45min-1h
Loved this event so much , could have gone harder , but still ended up with 28 shinies , still missing some I needed but overall Fun

I got 31 shinies in Total! My 2 targets were corsola and miltank i finally found a shiny miltank and my game glitched and i lost it then 2 minutes before the event ended i got a blue cow from my incense! Amazing ending. I really wanted corsola but didn't get it i went 0/98 sadly. AND GEN 7 HYPE!!!

Played Hard For All 12 Hours & Only Came Away With 10 Total Shinys & Thats Even Including The Shiny Gyarados That Everyone Who Bought A Ticket To Play Was Guarenteed To Get Not To Mention None Of The Ones I Even Really Wanted & Was Looking For & Before You Even Ask Yes I Bought A Ticket Plus Even Spent An Additional $20.00 Dollars To Pay For More Raid Passes Because I Really Wanted Both A Shiny Corsola & Heracross But Came Out With Neither One After Doing 38 Of Them Total . . . . .
