This video would be more appropriate for a ladder tower, where the victim(s) can be brought down the main by another firefighter, and rescues can continue in that fashion
Making a rescue with an Aerialscope bucket, the victim(s) are stuck in the bucket until it can be brought to ground level. If you have multiple victims, well I guess you'll need to throw some ground ladders
