Ima sit here and laugh at you,as i am a hollow shell.
I do not care what others say. Qrow will always be Ruby's father in my mind. I don't care if he isn't her biological dad, he has acted like a dad to her. From teaching her to fight, to watching over her, to just being there, he was a father to her. I mean she even adopted a bit of his color scheme. The cape is like her mothers but her uncles color and she adds the crosses just like Qrow.

Rooster teeth is HINTING that crow is the father. The time spand between Yang and Ruby's age is so small. And considering Taiyang must've been heart broken, to have recovered within a month, and gotten summer pregnant is next to impossible. QROW I S THE FATHER!!!!

it was confirmed by monty through a response to another theory. The theory was Yang was actually Summer Rose. Monty shot it down by saying Yang is Ruby's Half-Sister.

Now think about it. How could Yang and Ruby be Half-Sisters if they didn't she a parent. And as Tai is the Blond and Qrow isn't, Tai is obviously Yang's father, and thus Ruby's father.
The voice acting is impeccable for both of the characters.
