Deborah Ann Woll showing what's possible with the same old rules! Original and rather novel plot idea. From concept to execution this was superbly done. Very professional. Loved the use of complete darkness to mark transitions. Luke's entry was interesting. TJ is the man for some serious flavour! Lillard Vs Welch never gets old. Satine is always regal and Xander is a brilliant actor and role player. I'm sure the next one will be even better .
Matt's first action being to jump off the boat into the water was epic. I will never forget that thoroughly unusual choice. 🤟🏻🤣 Boy did he suffer for it though.
This was a very cute show. I particularly like Deborah and‘s way of storytelling. It is just very adorable. If you’ve never seen a RAW playing event, this would be a very nice introduction to why everything was very sweet in the storytelling. It was very sweet I enjoyed it. Thanks. Hope you guys do more.
Deborah rules as a DM! I gotta say, Matthew "Beadle's" struggles in the water really demonstrates the flexibility of the game, the players and the DM. This was a lot of fun.
While I love this entire table, Xander is ALWAYS awesome and I love watching anything he's in. And of course, Deborah is amazing, but that's nothing new.
I LOVE THIS CAST!!!!!! Can we please see some more events with them all together?! The only thing that would make it any better is to have Matt Mercer on board. I love TJ Storm! His deep voice characters are just awesome. Please, Please, Please, make this happen again.
wow.... I don't want to knock our local improv guys, because it takes a lot of nerve to get on stage and perform.....but this is like improv on steroids. Like most sci-fy fans...I knew who Matthew Lillard is and who Deborah Ann Woll is, but I had no idea about the rest of them. It is shocking how good this group of stage performers is. All of them so darn good. I have not played DnD since I was a young child like in 1983 or so, and this just popped up in my feed..... It held my interest for like 3 hours. I take it that Gygax guy is some how related to the guy who wrote the DnD books?
I think Deb is my new fav DM (sorry mr Mercer 😁). Really love her storytelling and the way she teases the players - she seems so nice but damn the girl can sting. And love her composure when dices don't comply, in her place I'd have probably roared all my frustration 😂
Oh... I got so excited! I saw something new from R&R, and thought it was season 2! Only to find it it is just the upload of the live event :( I mean dont get me wrong this live event was AMAZING (technical difficulties aside) but... where in the heck is season 2?! R&R is single handily the best tabletop show out there!
@@anthonystike6034 So there was the return to the Tomb with R&R but do not know if the story has been concluded past this point. (another opportunity to retrieve the buried crystal you say...)
So Amazing. Deborah is such a good DM - i love it. And the rest of the cast is amazing as well and so funny. You can feel that they like to play D&D with their Hearth.
When Rikki Huckster started blowing up the baloon, I expected... Saltine Phoenix: Oh Honey, you're just supposed to roll that out. Trust me. Everybody else: Yes, trust her.
The Book of Knowledge story jumping needs to be an entire campaign. Something like a modern Canterbury Tales with a DM playing several people competing in storytelling and players trapped inside solving puzzles and defeating monsters to get out. So effin cool. DAW is a titan of storytelling and has a brilliant way of including newbies and veterans alike in such a fun game. 🤘🤘❤
@@wendull811 Yes-and I imagine it would be hard to research if you don't already know how to spell it! :D Lemme help you out: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scheherazade
Sounds like it's Christopher Bowes who tells the introduction! \m/ I love the voice and the poetic story with a lot of rhymes, so funny :) I love Deborah Ann Woll since True Blood and the guy on left, looks very familiar, and once I'm at 50:00 I'm thinking he looks like the actor who played in Hackers the tall weird geek. I checked online and damn it's him, I feel blown away, it's like I come back into the past, into childhood!

This was so fun! Deborah is an amazing DM. Absolute joy to watch.
Deborah Ann Woll is a wonderful DM! Vive DnD!! 😊
I'm convinced that Deborah is the best DM ever ...
Valid hypothesis
@@GabrielBishop After having seen Relics & Rarities, it is confirmed! Lol
Impressive! Deborah Ann Woll's stories and DM work kill every time!
I enjoy the stories of Debra they are so complexed and detailed just so good and extremely enjoyable thank you for this
I loved this so much. Found myself grinning like a goofball through most of it and even laughing out loud more than once.
Deborah rules as a DM! I gotta say, Matthew "Beadle's" struggles in the water really demonstrates the flexibility of the game, the players and the DM. This was a lot of fun.
I hope more videos of Deborah dming come out. This was a wonderful story!! Incredible
That was great! 3 hours of pure fun, hard to find that anywhere anymore. Nice to see it. They were all great! TY for the show.
21:49 That surprised me... Gladly.
Gotta love TJ
Came here for deborah dm'ing, shes so fucking good
Wow. DAW is such a good storyteller and the players are fantastic! I wish I could give it 10 thumbs up.
Need MOAR Deborah DMing!!!!
Absolutely amazing! Thank you so much.
While I love this entire table, Xander is ALWAYS awesome and I love watching anything he's in.
And of course, Deborah is amazing, but that's nothing new.
This one shot was so good. TJ is absolutely hilarious! I love Xander's spell descriptions. And Deborah is such a good dungeon master!
Love Matthew Lillard! The world needs more of him!
I LOVE THIS CAST!!!!!! Can we please see some more events with them all together?! The only thing that would make it any better is to have Matt Mercer on board. I love TJ Storm! His deep voice characters are just awesome. Please, Please, Please, make this happen again.
These are some truly great gamers. I didn't know much about TJ Storm, but he is awesome and a great addition to this already great group.
Go see his GM tips episode with Satine. Good stuff. Especially the way he ends it!
Glad to see Matthew Lillard playing in this. Also wish I could have a DM like her ;)
What a fun group! I love anything Deborah does, and the cast was great, but I think Mal'Gre stole the show. :)
I think Deb is my new fav DM (sorry mr Mercer 😁). Really love her storytelling and the way she teases the players - she seems so nice but damn the girl can sting. And love her composure when dices don't comply, in her place I'd have probably roared all my frustration 😂
"Two crows, chillin' in an up-doo..." I had to stop and watch the Charles Cornell extended piano vid.
This was so well done. Thank you all!
Mal'gre Maugre? I'm freakin' dying over here...
This really is something special. Great stuff.
This was a blast. Laughed so hard. Loved it.
Such a natural DM. Where was she we were trying to make this mainstream in the 80s? She would have captured the world by storm.
That was fun. Thank you to all involved. Best DM ever.
This was so much fun! Thank you for allowing me to enjoy it with you. 😂😂😁
Nobody has said anything about a second season for R&R, yet. Though plenty of people have requested it.
@@anthonystike6034 So there was the return to the Tomb with R&R but do not know if the story has been concluded past this point. (another opportunity to retrieve the buried crystal you say...)
Imagine being able to play D&D on a stage and getting cheers like that for it.
So Amazing. Deborah is such a good DM - i love it. And the rest of the cast is amazing as well and so funny. You can feel that they like to play D&D with their Hearth.
She's like a school teacher...But she's a badass DM.
When Rikki Huckster started blowing up the baloon, I expected...
Saltine Phoenix: Oh Honey, you're just supposed to roll that out. Trust me.
Everybody else: Yes, trust her.
I really enjoy her DM'ing style.
Seamus’ seasick pills are the true heroes of these adventures.
DAW is just the patron saint of fun.
Lovely show! Keep 'em coming, all the more for good causes.
Loved the sea sickness tablet throwback ❤
This is the greatest game of D&D I've ever watched, and normally I don't like watching others play!
- The Innkeeper
omg i love tj and deborah, love it , want more
This was fantastic and too short, more next time please! :)
I love TJ Storm and Matt Lillard as players. Always show stealers
What a cracking story! This was just done really well.
1:30:03 You were a mouse.
Yeah not anymore I got better.
The delivery was perfect lmfao.🤣🤣🤣
1:42:58 did any one get that joke? if so please explain
@@wendull811 Yes-and I imagine it would be hard to research if you don't already know how to spell it! :D Lemme help you out:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scheherazade
Sounds like it's Christopher Bowes who tells the introduction! \m/
I love the voice and the poetic story with a lot of rhymes, so funny :)
I love Deborah Ann Woll since True Blood and the guy on left, looks very familiar, and once I'm at 50:00 I'm thinking he looks like the actor who played in Hackers the tall weird geek.
I checked online and damn it's him, I feel blown away, it's like I come back into the past, into childhood!
Came here for Deborah Ann Woll, stayed for the wonderful campaign 😊
Woooooowwwwww Luke Gygax, THE MAN!!!!😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
True demigod 😀
This was amazing!
Brilliant. Thank you!
1:16:58 😂🎵 "2 crows..."
What an amazing story!
Ugh, DAW's spider noises are too good! Creepy... XD
It's like theater but the story could change with luck and dice rolls, character initiatives and motivations.
Can't wait to watch tonight. Keep it up guys.
Cool that they got the voice actor for Master Yi to play this game.
This was awesome
Geek & Sundry, great video! Enjoy your Thursday!😍
1:59:00 The Aricknids
Ok TJ. Sounds good.
I now want one of those umbrellas
A fun drinking game - "Take a shot, every time Matthew Lillard's character hits water, or he himself quits the game". haha
beautiful---great stuff--
Excellent story telling!
Bring back Relics & Rarities you COWARDS!
Yay - glad I get to see this.
how does this only have 740 likes with 2m subscribers a month later? great video btw.
outstanding!!
I used up the last of my special herb to get in the mood to watch this
Didn't this already get released on TH-cam?
Yeah it is on Roll20's channel. So much for "exclusive".
@@EnragedDancer The original live stream was exclusive to G&S's Twitch channel.
@@JustinTotino nope was exclusive to the lost oddyssey website just was partnered on g&s
Darrin Crose I literally watched it live on the G&S Twitch channel the night it premiered.
@@JustinTotino It streamed both on G&S Twitch & on Tiltify. I, too watched it on Twitch.
I love it when I find out the people I like to watch in movies and TV are as geeky as I am.
Also, when did celebrity D&D become a thing?
T.J. Storm is amazing!
i need rikki and mal'gre in an adenture with Veros!
30:59 lol XD
Wow! I wish I were there!
36:24 What the heck *is that noise?* It sounds like a dolphin.
Waiting for another live Lost Odyssey game.
So good. The best
matt's character really kills kids before bro even got the role of william afton
Mal'gre is legend!
Oh my!! love her!
