Saegusa (三枝) can also be read as 'Sanshi'.
Shishou as in 'Master'

The Kanji for "三枝(saegusa)" can also be read as "sanshi." There was a rakugo storyteller in Japan named Sanshi sishou, and Honhima used to call Akina that as a joke. Kuzuha was good friends with Honhima, so he imitated her and started calling Akina Sanshi shishou.
