I feel like a lot of people deny it because it’s toxic. Yes it is toxic. This is not a relationship people should aspire to. But there is no denying that they love each other. It’s an all consuming love that destroys everything around them.

And then Hannibal guts Will in this scene in attempt to sever his emotions from Will because he had been so hurt. Obviously it doesn’t work since they end up in each others arms at the end, finally able to see each other and embrace their darkness together in the end

never watched Hannibal but I saw this in my recommended and thought it looked interesting since it had one of my favourite songs in the title so I clicked it and by the end of it I was crying this was very well put together and brought a few tears to my eyes well done

I ill-often comment but this video deserves so much appreciation, it perfectly sums up their dynamic even down to subtleties; the song choice and edit is almost too matching of the development of their relationship down to the canonical milestones in the show and inferred shifts. 💙 I honestly keep coming back to rewatch, this is fantastic (also i cannot place enough emphasis on how much I loved the clip you used when the lyrics read 'and the button has been pressed' it cleanly summed up the turning point of Hannibals mindset with Will and i haven't seen a video do so so masterfully just *chef kiss*)
