So the Regional Commission ruled last year that the San Siro cannot be demolished due to "cultural heritage". So Inter and Milan are looking at other locations around the city, with a 70,000 capacity stadium in Rozzano (for Inter) and San Donato (for Milan). Ergo, I unfortunately don't see either option happening.
@@przemysawmajewski1774 Because the San Siro belongs to the government unlike the Santiago bernabeu which belongs to the club itself so if both AC and inter earn revenue they had to shared it with the government unlike Santiago Bernabeu were the club will get the full revenue that's why both Milan club plan was to buy the complete right from the government and demolished the stadium to build a new stadium in that exact location
No matter what they do they have to rebuild the third tier stands (including the iconic roofs) because they are becoming unsafe with oscillation and crumbling concretes. The only logical step (if they want to keep San Siro at it's current place) is to rebuild the 1st and 3rd tier stand like Nou Camp, which will cost them more than a billion euro anyway. They probably will aim to have more executive suites and skywalk for the rich, because they are kinda 'losing' a lot of revenue by not tapping them.
If the commune handed ownership over to the two clubs jointly, and they put up about €200m each for refurbishment then the San Siro could be given a huge makeover. That's a cheap price for what you would have at the end of it. They just can never seem to get themselves sorted out with either each other or the Milan commune.
Option B is my favourite. This is one if the best known stadiums in the world, everybody knows it. Aztecas, San Siro, Olympic Stadium Munich, Old Bernabeu , Bombonera, Monumental (River), Old Wembley and Maracana are the most legendary stadiums of all times. Today the clubs are only thinking about ways to generate more money to pay a lot of money to mercanaries.
If they are to demolish San Siro and turn the site into a park I wish they would keep the four spiraling stairways. Personally I think they're the most iconic architectural feature of the stadium.
Option A, or the first one shown in the video, is the best: It is true that I love this stadium, but the roof already looks outdated, and it is not what I like most about the stadium either. So I see the renovation of the roof with a more modern one as a good idea even if it loses the essence. It is a shame that in this concept the four large towers are eliminated, which is what I love about the stadium and is why it is often recognized. But it is the concept that most respects the old stadium and I suppose it is the cheapest option. I do not think that option B contributes anything better, it could even be an option within the first option. Option 3 is the worst for me, losing everything above and from my subjectivity I do not like stadiums with square roofs and even less in this way. In addition, the stadium looks smaller than the previous one, and the same thing would happen to me as with the Juventus stadium, it is not a stadium worthy of two large ones in Italy. And the last option, I don't see it as bad, it would be a totally new and modern stadium, beautiful in truth, although it looks like others already built, it reminds me of the Wanda Metroplitano, but obviously it is a better stadium than the previous one shown. As I said, I would do the first option, modernize without destroying much, but keeping some of the classic, but if they could keep the four towers, it would be great.
hello I love your videos but I find that there are not enough rugby stadiums it is possible to have more concept in rugby and football more concept for league 1 league 2 please and in rugby with the French championship please
Option A is dreadful and takes away all the impression, individuality and awe of the San Siro design, plus it considerably reduces the capacity. Option B, probably the best as it leaves the stadium as is. Option C is the best new build option but is still uninspiring. Option D could be any new stadium, boring.
Even though it is old ; this is still a stunning looking stadium.

If Real could rebuild the Bernabeu, why don't Inter and Milan want to do the same with the San Siro?
I think the option B are the best

Can you make this video with genoa e Sampdoria stadium?
There aren't projects for that stadium right?
I think both Milan sides would like to either reduce the capacity or just build two completely separate smaller stadiums.
Option D for me though ideally each club should have their own stadium for identity sake.
Great work man
With me, option E is perfect, every clubs must have private stadium
Option A & C are the strongest by far…

The problem is both AC and Inter want to build their own stadiums as their assets. So they will move on from sharing San Siro.

in my opinion inter and milan need to have own stadions same with other clubs have 1 stadion 2 clubs

Option A is simple and affordable, it won't cost alot of money
Please do this with the actual Mestalla, we don’t want to leave it to go to the unfinished new stadium
