Same widths I’m going with for my Cubans. I’m starting my Cuban collection with an iced out (all VVS rocks) 10mm 18k cuban ring though… then the 18k bracelet with a diamond sleek lock. I have a sweet 18k 24” 5.5mm diamond cut Franco chain to hold me over till I get my Cuban chain.
Nice chain bro. I am getting made now. Should be done soon a 18k 750g 20mm 21 in. Cuban link chain from Daniels. I like shorter chains so I need the box lock. If I was going with a longer chain I’d definitely have it continuous. Also bought a 17mm 14k 60g Cuban link ring for my middle finger. And a 14k 10mm Cuban link ring for my pinky. Daniel’s is the king.
Crazy how different they look from online pictures and videos, right!? Yeah I definitely would recommend everyone to go up a good couple MM in size to get the look they're actually going for.
@@deez9714 after having it for a couple of days and seeing what people think. No. I’m going to keep it. I should have gone bigger but this is bigger than anything I’d see up here in Canada. If anything I’d upgrade to 22 k.
@@deez9714 as I said. We just have chain like this up here so it was really difficult. When doing my unboxing I’ll show it comparing to a 10 cent coin so people can use that as a good reference But someone said it best. Anything under 8 mm should be called a Mimi Cuban so people don’t get there hope to high
Very nice set up man. I went with an 8mm chain / 10mm bracelet both in 18K from Daniel’s. Sometimes I wish I would’ve gone 10mm chain / 12mm bracelet but I didn’t want to go down to 14K to get it. Hopefully in the future I’ll make the upgrade.
Ended up trading in my 8mm chain and 10mm bracelet for the 10mm 18k 26” 243g chain today. Once I tried on the 10mm I was convinced lol especially weighing 240lbs the 8mm was looking too slim.
Both Nice Pieces. Im working on getting a Cuban as well from DJI. Im doing it a bit different though. I currently am buying the gold bars from apmex and will be sending them in to DJI. I have 4 50gram bars so far. I want to send them 550 grams and have both my chain as well as either a bracelet or another chain made up. 1 in 18k and 1 in 14k. The 14k will be my daily and the 18k will be about 460grams and will wear on special occasions. Looks good and post updates on how often you wear them as well as if any scratches or small dents on it being 18k is kinda soft.
Thanks! I believe there's a slight misconception with how soft 18k gold really is, I could be wrong. These pieces definitely have a more brilliant hue and darker gold glow compared to my 14k pieces, but so far they seem to be just as durable. The surface scratches are pretty light and look similar to my 14k. I guess time will tell though, considering these are still pretty new. But they definitely don't seem overly "soft" at all. I wear both my chain and bracelet 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
are you sending them 24k gold? if so then wont u end up with alot more weight since they add aloy to make it 14k? if im not mistaken, 100 grams of 24k gold makes 171 grams of 14k so ull end up with like 800+grams? or am i completely off lol. just wondering your process incase i end up going that route.
yo i got a 9mm 23 inch from DJI and i love it but was debating on upgrading to a 10mm 24inch maaaybe with no lock, or just getting a 10mm bracelet and keeping my 9mm chain. love ur setup tho man, looks flawless tbh
Thanks! I have no complaints, I would say they are flawless as well. I upgraded my 9mm chain to the 10mm and its a nice jump. I also went from 14k to 18k as well though. The continuous link honestly might be my favorite part of the whole setup!!
@@deez9714 just emailed them asking how much it would be to upgrade from my 146g 9mm 23 inch to a 175gram 24inch at whatever MM it comes out to, guessing 9.5mm, im interested in how well the brushed finish held up against scratches, cuz I'm thinking about doing the brushed sleek lock too. would love to see a quick 1month review :D
@@lawrencewilliams6923 Go for it! You can rock the brushed lock for however long and also head to your local jeweler for them to polish it up if you change your mind.

My wrist is 7 1/4". The bracelet has a perfect relaxed fit, I can slip one finger in between the bracelet and my wrist. As for the gram weight its on the heavier side of 120 grams
I like the no lock look but in a smaller size like 7mm max. I don't want to draw to much attention plus, it will be a daily wear from work to gym. How much was it sir?
Thanks! What Karat are you going with? And yeah I do like the sleek lock better overall, less pieces to snag on to anything. I remember a handful of times the regular box lock would snag on clothing or other random things.
I have a chain with lobster claw that opened up is 22 3/16" long. I can get it over my head clasped but there's not much room. Ordered a 22" from Daniel's yesterday and after watching this Vid I called to see of I could change to continuous. Was hoping to do a 22" plus a link to get me as tight as possible but still pull it over. Luis recommended going 24 as 23 would be tougher if I ever chose to trade it in due to custom length...would you be willing to pull a string on your 23" and measure the actual string length for me to see of it is actual 23"?
Yes it is 23" I measured it with soft measuring tape. You're paying top dollar for handmade jewelry, I would get it exactly how you want it. But yeah also if you're like me and send your stuff back to upgrade 5 times lol, then I could see how it would be much easier for them to resell a 22" or 24" in new condition.

Sheeeeesh! That big boy shit. Congrats
7&8 are good for daily wear with a pendent. 10mm on up looks good without a pendent.
Stunning pieces!
Thank you!!

Did the weight bother you at all? If it did how long before you got used to it?
If you got a matching ring, would you get 18k as well? Or 14kt due to wear and tear?

Hey fam is this an everyday wear for you? How often are you wearing the necklace and the bracelet? and how often together or separately ?
both everyday wear, I dont take them off for my runs, workouts, or showers. Always on haha
Do you regret not getting diamonds on sleek lock? Do you keep it plain Jane to upgrade later? Also, do you engrave it?
And what’s your wrist size bro I think we have the same wrist size and can you put it on the scale
