I've checked this Hyundai yesterday. Nice place to be. Nice entry level sound system. This huge multimedia screen is really useful and looks good. I thought that interior will be like from Toyota but it's one level above. Steering wheel is beefy, buttons are from aluminum. With full led lights at front and back and tinted back windows it looks very good 👌 One major problem for me is not enough trunk space as usuall (but it's not small).

Nice video Dan ! I wonder if the 8" multimedia display (from lower trims) support wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto ? and if the GMaps is shown full-screen or same like on this 10,25" display ?
Cos you will have for sure android auto on 8 inch but the same as here not on all screen 👍

I have the 8" display and the navigation is running all screen and another important difference between this screen and the 8" screen: the 8" screen has Wireless Android Auto which is the most important think for me, because I don't want to stay connected using a USB cable day by day...I hate to do this! 🙂

Nici eu nu stiam ca este roman. Ma uit la videocilpurile postate de ceva vreme, mai ales despre hyundai. Eu am tot Tucson. De audio Krell, eu is dezamagit. Ai un accent aparte, nicicum nu am banuit. Bravo.
FYI people: Android Auto and Carplay need cable. Regarding Carplay, I believe it is due to Multi Connect. Because the versions with smaller screen can actually use wireless Carplay... Soon or later update maybe? Nevertheless I am happy :)

What do you think about the standard sound system of Tucson? My father wants to buy Tucson in EU. The upgraded Krell sound system is only offered in highest trim level. He wants a decent sound system. Currently he has Hyundai i20 with Bose system and he loves it. He does not want to downgrade his sound when he gets the Tucson. Can you tell me your ideas about standard 6speaker sound system ? I dont know if they are the same in EU and US versions but still..

Hi there! My 2022 Tucson doesn't have the side screen (with clocks and so on on) while running Android Auto. Only the AA logo+user is visible, no little dot on the far right. Do you have any clue on how this is possible? Thank you in advance.

Yes 👍
No. You can disable split screen in the settings. It is sort of a hidden setting that only shows up when your phone is NOT connected to the USB port

George it is the upgraded stereo yes and sadly you can't play TH-cam in car 😪

@@bomatdaman i love it, really drives nicely. Gas consumption is okayish, i got 150hp petrol automatic and on average ~9l/100km, everything else is perfect :)

not with the big 10.25 inch, only with the 8 inch which comes with the lower editions of this car. Weird right? Maybe you should opt for AAWireless (just google it), then it should work..

@@markflanagan4656 Yeah, in the end it is the same for me. The dealer told me that the models wit 10 inch screens don't have it wireless but the 8 inch ones do.... this really sucks. Android 11 will get it working for all the phones, but for me it won't mater.

@@SDADanCars couple of days ago,, I put the bass on -2 , mid on +2 , and treble in 0.... it sounds really good... i think the krell amp(aka dsp amp) Hyundai may of Turned it up to max...try that equalizer setting and see how you feel. I'm getting great quality now... also will be replacing the centre dash speaker as it's easy to replace,,, however currently I'm satisfied!!!!

Don't buy this car. I did and after 1,5k km oil is leaking... Now hyundai is keeping car and waiting for parts to fix this. It's been 6 weeks I'm waiting for tucson to be fixed...
