My kid for example would go on an extreme stress and panic if someone in the street does not throw his coffee cup in the bin and just leave it on the table. As a mum looking after an autistic child, the actor was incredibly good. He s just like my son. The difficulty of living with ASD throughout the serie is very realistic with high function autistic people. As a carer you put really a lot of pressure on yourself. You don t allow yourself to live your life. Everything is for the person who needs you. Finding balance and allow other people in that "secure" cocoon you created to cope with all the meltdowns and associated behaviors, can lead you to a very dark place. I thought the show was very good at addressing all kind of traumas as well. The character developments are very complex and well thought.
At this point it's clearly that the whole world misses it's okay to not be okay. This is unhealthy, I literally can't watch any new drama cuz I don't know how to move on from Hyunji 😭

Yep, that's how old I am in the kdrama world 😂 I've watched them too many times especially Dream High season 1. That's literally where I've first watched Soohyun, Suzy, IU and Taecyeon who have many successful dramas now.
Till this day, it's been 3 years since this K-drama was released, and yet I will have to be clear, seen so many K-dramas, this seriously has to be one of the best. Right now, all it needs is a sequel, because it deserves it. Sadly many of the K-dramas meant to be one and done. So I am still really hoping for this to receive a season 2.
This show had such a big impact on my life, I didn't even know it was possible for a show to move me this much. I loved everything about it, the team behind this did an amazing job, and all the actors were excellent aswell, even the side characters. I just finished this show today and cried for 3 hours watching it. This show had incredible actors who worked so well together. I watched this show 2 weeks ago and I still find myself watching it everyday. I love the chemistry and love story of KSH & SYJ and of course the Trio troublemaker. I really can't believe how it got such low rating in Korea..serioulsy!! This is the best Kdrama I've ever watched. I hope they'll do a Season 2, I would really love to see them get married, Gang-Tae finishing college and Sang-Tae following his dreams..I can't get enough of Seo Ye-Ji and Kim Soo Hyun- It gives me goose bumps every time I watched them. I've never loved or cared about a drama more than this one. It's Okay to Not Be Okay is a true classic. It shows human's frailty as well as human's strength. Basically it shows humanity. And if you ever watch for the first time or the second time, look at every character and you will find yourself in most of them. This is why this drama is so good.
Very meaningful drama. Worth watching. An excellent crew and production. Their teamwork made it work out so well. Watched it on Netflix two years ago and it is still memorable. Oh Jung-se's acting was so amazingly natural and convincing. Could feel all the hardwork that he has put into it. Kim Soo-hyun's character was very emotional and inspiring. He helped to build the emotional part of the drama for the others. Seo Yeji made the character she portrayed so lovable. It was a suitable role for her. Park Jin Joo and Kang Ki-doong were such funny and adorable pair. Jang Young Nam and Kim Chang Wan were just as always dependable in portraying their characters well. ❤
I legit can’t watch any other k dramas after seeing this one, it’s honestly a masterpiece and they did a wonderful job on it. Imma miss each episode but it’ll always remember it.😭

It's okay not to be okay is the best kdrama I ever saw for the rest of 15 years...it is out the box with outstanding role playing very well by the cast...very detail in every moment...most of all kim soo Hyun and Soe ye ji have a really best love chemistry ever, we can say that we see the love between them.. every episode had their awesome story that to remain and had a lots of love life message...hope the swoon give them space to get the interview of the cast especially kim Soo Hyun and Soe ye ji...it's nice to see them when talking each other,so adore me ..when episode 16 end , I'm not OKAY with that, I want more...so it's not okay when IONTBO end...
I absolutely enjoyed this series. One of the best ever. I kept thinking that the actor who was playing the autistic brother deserves an Oscar for his role. The actress was exceedingly beautiful and dressed to the T and the actor was handsome too. One thing I thoroughly enjoy about Kseries is many of them have multiple 'love' interests side stories that also make the series so captivating.
This is one of the best dramas I have seen so far! It captures all the nuances of mental well-being and talks about how to cope with mentally distressing situations.... Just loved it!

Oh Jung-se absolutely owned this series. KSH and SYJ may be the leads and yeah they're pretty to look at, but OJS absolutely dominated every scene in which he appeared; he kept the series grounded making it believable and not just a dark fairytale. And a standing ovation for Kim Mi-kyung who is officially my fav eomma ever. I can't help grin every time she appears in any series.
This is absolutely my top 3 TV serie of all time. I'm middle-aged and I have watched hundreds of series through my life. But I have never been so emotional as when I watched this one. Brilliant actors brilliant script. THANK YOU 💗🦋

They should make another season. It did reach a nice conclusion but there are a lot of plot lines they could use to revisit the characters that would be entertaining. I think a resounding theme from fans of this show such as myself is that they clearly want more.

Oh Jung-se's acting was so amazingly natural and convincing. Could feel all the hardwork that he has put into it. Kim Soo-hyun's character was very emotional and inspiring. He helped to build the emotional part of the drama for the others. Seo Yeji made the character she portrayed so lovable. It was a suitable role for her. Park Jin Joo and Kang Ki-doong were such funny and adorable pair. Jang Young Nam and Kim Chang Wan were just as always dependable in portraying their characters well. ❤
I legit can’t watch any other k dramas after seeing this one, it’s honestly a masterpiece and they did a wonderful job on it. Imma miss each episode but it’ll always remember it.😭

It's okay not to be okay is the best kdrama I ever saw for the rest of 15 years...it is out the box with outstanding role playing very well by the cast...very detail in every moment...most of all kim soo Hyun and Soe ye ji have a really best love chemistry ever, we can say that we see the love between them.. every episode had their awesome story that to remain and had a lots of love life message...hope the swoon give them space to get the interview of the cast especially kim Soo Hyun and Soe ye ji...it's nice to see them when talking each other,so adore me ..when episode 16 end , I'm not OKAY with that, I want more...so it's not okay when IONTBO end...

I absolutely enjoyed this series. One of the best ever. I kept thinking that the actor who was playing the autistic brother deserves an Oscar for his role. The actress was exceedingly beautiful and dressed to the T and the actor was handsome too. One thing I thoroughly enjoy about Kseries is many of them have multiple 'love' interests side stories that also make the series so captivating.

Oh Jung-se absolutely owned this series. KSH and SYJ may be the leads and yeah they're pretty to look at, but OJS absolutely dominated every scene in which he appeared; he kept the series grounded making it believable and not just a dark fairytale. And a standing ovation for Kim Mi-kyung who is officially my fav eomma ever. I can't help grin every time she appears in any series.

They should make another season. It did reach a nice conclusion but there are a lot of plot lines they could use to revisit the characters that would be entertaining. I think a resounding theme from fans of this show such as myself is that they clearly want more.
