the actor who plays Sang Tae is literally so amazing, he's one of the best actors I've come across in my life. I hope he receives innumerable awards for his role. His acting moved me, broke my heart and then healed it right back. He is absolutely flawless.

BIG RESPECT FOR OH JUNG-SE! He had the most difficult part, to be honest. He made me realize what autistic people suffer from. He still managed to pull it off and made it look natural and I respect him for that.
what we “suffer” from is just apart of our life. we are literally humans. the world is what makes us suffer. not ourselves or simply how we’re wired.

The drama clearly showed many ways in which Sang Tae and Gang Tae suffered and how unfairly they were treated because of his Autism. That'obviously why the original comment was trying to praise the actor for portraying something that he himself did not experience.

Yes I agree with you for neurotypical people. But when you are on ASD ( autism spectrum disorder) you do suffer because you can be triggered even by insignificant thing. My kid for example would go on an extreme stress and panic if someone in the street does not throw his coffee cup in the bin and just leave it on the table. As a mum looking after an autistic child, the actor was incredibly good. He s just like my son. The difficulty of living with ASD throughout the serie is very realistic with high function autistic people. As a carer you put really a lot of pressure on yourself. You don t allow yourself to live your life. Everything is for the person who needs you. Finding balance and allow other people in that "secure" cocoon you created to cope with all the meltdowns and associated behaviors, can lead you to a very dark place. I thought the show was very good at addressing all kind of traumas as well. The character developments are very complex and well thought.

Yep, that's how old I am in the kdrama world 😂 I've watched them too many times especially Dream High season 1. That's literally where I've first watched Soohyun, Suzy, IU and Taecyeon who have many successful dramas now.

Till this day, it's been 3 years since this K-drama was released, and yet I will have to be clear, seen so many K-dramas, this seriously has to be one of the best. Right now, all it needs is a sequel, because it deserves it. Sadly many of the K-dramas meant to be one and done. So I am still really hoping for this to receive a season 2.

This show had such a big impact on my life, I didn't even know it was possible for a show to move me this much. I loved everything about it, the team behind this did an amazing job, and all the actors were excellent aswell, even the side characters. I hope Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye-ji have another project together, their chemistry is flawless

Great writing espnwith the use of children’s stories to relay to human experiences. It’s actually deep. It can assist emotional healing for the viewer when watching. A welcome relief.

I like the chemistry of the three of them, their roles cannot be replaced by others. Because this atmosphere is a necessary factor to drive success. KSH is a very charming and talented actor, and his acting skills are very good. Many thanks to the writer, director, actors and all the staff, this is a masterpiece carefully and brilliantly made. IOTNBO is the best human healing drama ever. The Best Drama Award of 2020.

I watched this show 2 weeks ago and I still find myself watching it everyday. I love the chemistry and love story of KSH & SYJ and of course the Trio troublemaker. I really can't believe how it got such low rating in Korea..serioulsy!! This is the best Kdrama I've ever watched. I hope they'll do a Season 2, I would really love to see them get married, Gang-Tae finishing college and Sang-Tae following his dreams..I can't get enough of Seo Ye-Ji and Kim Soo Hyun- It gives me goose bumps every time I watched them. It's truly the best Human Healing drama!! I would think they would've all gotten the awards for best actor/actress but huge congratulation to Oh Jung-Se!!
I just finished this show today and cried for 3 hours watching it. This show had incredible actors who worked so well together. This show taught me so many things about myself and it's truly what I needed in my life right now. I'm so thankful to everyone who made this show possible, it truly helped me in my life.

So i just finished this kdrama right now, the actor who plays sang tae is indeed spectacular (also the young sang tae) it must be difficult to portray the role. Also, kim soo hyun and seo yea ji have the best chemistry. Each casts have a special place in my heart.

Very meaningful drama. Worth watching. An excellent crew and production. Their teamwork made it work out so well. Watched it on Netflix two years ago and it is still memorable. Oh Jung-se's acting was so amazingly natural and convincing. Could feel all the hardwork that he has put into it. Kim Soo-hyun's character was very emotional and inspiring. He helped to build the emotional part of the drama for the others. Seo Yeji made the character she portrayed so lovable. It was a suitable role for her. Park Jin Joo and Kang Ki-doong were such funny and adorable pair. Jang Young Nam and Kim Chang Wan were just as always dependable in portraying their characters well. ❤

I've never loved or cared about a drama more than this one. It's Okay to Not Be Okay is a true classic. It shows human's frailty as well as human's strength. Basically it shows humanity. And if you ever watch for the first time or the second time, look at every character and you will find yourself in most of them. This is why this drama is so good.

It's okay not to be okay is the best kdrama I ever saw for the rest of 15 years...it is out the box with outstanding role playing very well by the cast...very detail in every moment...most of all kim soo Hyun and Soe ye ji have a really best love chemistry ever, we can say that we see the love between them.. every episode had their awesome story that to remain and had a lots of love life message...hope the swoon give them space to get the interview of the cast especially kim Soo Hyun and Soe ye ji...it's nice to see them when talking each other,so adore me ..when episode 16 end , I'm not OKAY with that, I want more...so it's not okay when IONTBO end...

I absolutely enjoyed this series. One of the best ever. I kept thinking that the actor who was playing the autistic brother deserves an Oscar for his role. The actress was exceedingly beautiful and dressed to the T and the actor was handsome too. One thing I thoroughly enjoy about Kseries is many of them have multiple 'love' interests side stories that also make the series so captivating.

IM EMO AS HELL!!! it's 11pm and i just finished watching Episode 16 aka the last episode....what a PHENOMENAL journey! I NEVER CRIED WATCHING A SHOW BEFORE (then laugh a second later due to the behind the scenes clips at the end) but the life lessons in this hit me hard. The acting was fantastic and the actor who plays Sang Tae is incredible!! Had me really thinking he has autism. They all did a fantastic job

I came late to this show and have only just finished watching it. I loved the performances by the two leads and all the terrific support artists - perfect casting throughout - but as with so many of the others here Oh Jae Sung's performance was just exceptional. I've seen this actor being terrific in Hot Stove League and The Good Detective but his creation of Moon Sang Tae was in another lead. The very soul of the show. Well done.
