i was a meth addict and homeless in Long Beach born and raised for about 6 years in the east side, and i also got too the point of walking around barefooted and dirty as fuck trying too sleep on the metro blue line, i got so feed up of living life like a zombie and got myself help thanks for posting your story keep it up ,,3years sober and loving life again,,
Meth almost ruined my life…….😂 I don’t think I’ve ever heard a person say that Meth enriched or improved their life 😂😂😂😂😂 glad he made his way out of that addiction though, many don’t.
Should be noted that there are plenty of other Asian Americans who didn’t have Tiger Moms but just simply just studied on their own and did well. Most Asian Americans are middle class/poor also. Sure there some more recent Chinese immigrant families who are well off but they were not born in the US. It’s not one extreme or the other. It’s great to see Sergio mature and know what’s best for him and his family. There is also Johnny Chen the former gang member. There are also Vietnamese and other Southeast Asians who have over come their hardships. The common ground seems to be peer pressure. Your friends and relatives are doing well and no longer into the bad gangs and drugs or never were so people eventually move away. Most Asians don’t have victim mentality anyhow. They look within and change for the better but then again nobody is perfect. We all gotta try.

Another great vid. Serge is great to listen to.
I enjoy watching Sergio videos and thank you for bringing drug awareness. It’s heavy and some can’t go back to normal if it’s in too deep.

Proud of you it took me 30 years and four prison terms did about almost 15 years, finally hung up the gloves 🥷🙏🏿
Thank God. Keep up the good work.
And look where he at now, can’t speak and talk shit on gang politics without the consequences, how’s that wife doing?
