After having had the great pleasure of reading Dr. Nuñez’s masterpiece, Colombia’s Post Conflict Education: Beyond the Chalkboard: The Impact of Global Policies on Students with Post Traumatic Stress, I was sure that the level of intellectual brilliance manifested in that work would never be surpassed nor duplicated. Well suffice it to say, I stand corrected. This Tedx, this gem, this magna obra, breaks all barriers, sets a new highwater mark for all intelligentsia, and - dare I say it, transcends anything we have seen before. In this tour de force, in true artistic fashion, Dr. Nuñez sculpts a masterpiece of sublimity and nuance: every word a chisel, each pause an etch, carefully crafting this present day Pieta; expounding on the complexities and intricacies of educational methodologies today while introducing new paths in effectuating student engagement, Dr. Nuñez - with his je ne sais quoi, leaves us spellbound, most notably with his provocative and sagacious parting words: “be curious about your space online, and embrace what’s in front of you”.
