There's a picture that looks like the doctor (7:39) and a crate with some parts of the puppets (6:26) that are found in the hunter's house . I have a theory that maybe the hunter is in charge of hunting humans and deliver them to the doctor to turn them into puppets...? I mean, I was wondering where did the doctor get all these bodies in the hospital? Unless they've been staying there before...but anyways, it's just a theory. And another add-on: there's a nome! OoO
I thought that children in LN were tiny because of the aesthetics of the game, but now seeing another kid (at the dining room) being considerably "normal sized" and yet bigger than the main characters... I am confused... (I mean, Six is supposed to be 8 or 9 years old, from the last time I checked the wiki)

Guys I think the signal man /the tall man in the hat is related to the lady because there is gnomes in this game but gnomes from the maw didn’t leave so maybe the tall man can turn children into gnomes too and is related to the lady
