An Introduction to "Christo-urbanism"

I’ve been searching for a way to describe the broad demographic of urbanite Christians, whose distinct blend of faith and culture distinguishes them today. I submit the terms “Christo-urbanites” to describe the people and “Christo-urbanism” to describe the movement. These concepts have already entered the stream of thought and conversation, and now there is a desire to take things up a notch.
I and several others want to start focusing on Christo-urbanism’s theological, cultural, and missiological components. We want to engage in discussions about this tribe of Christians, some historical factors that led to their emergence, and current theological and cultural trends that can impact us. We want to do this while continuing to fan the flames of revival among us as God gives grace. Stay tuned because the faucet is on, and the flow is steadily coming. May the Lord strengthen our convictions and stir up our affections for a unified missional effort in such times as these. More to come. Blessings.

Thank you Ambassador, Shai, KB, Ameen, Trip, Datin, and everyone that is part of this. May God take this to a place that is bringing non- believers to him, backsliders back because Christ is married to the backslider, and that this helps spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I pray this according to God's will and plan this explodes Worldwide.
