This video´s an absolute masterpiece - every moment was gripping, from beginning to end! The horizon seemed to unfurl unceasingly, with never an inconvenient electrical sub station or giant fence post to destroy the delicate illusion that we were watching a full size vehicle travelling across challenging ground back in the 1940s. Special mention should go to the choice of period music, though I do take issue with the lady singing the first song, who seems to believe that the only point of international travel is to find a partner. Having said that, the timing of the music at the very end of the video fits in exquisitely well with the movements of the vehicle - great work!
Really appreciate all the effort you put into this one phil, great footage, great location, awesome music, and great editing. Thankyou for taking the time to make this one stand out !
Thanks mate. This had a little more effort put in to it, I lost the shovel half way through and it took me 40mins to find it! But you won't notice that in the video haha.

Great video as always,music fits perfectly with the jeep. Hope you like yours as much as I like mine. These are great rigs right out of the box. The only thing I found out was not all 12" figures work in this jeep. I found 10.5" works the best if you can find them.
it does look super! do kinda wish they'd gone with leaf springs and shackles to be even more accurate with scale, even though we know how clunky that kind of suspension can be. regret... wish I'd bought a "Jeep in a box" decades ago, all assembly required, full size old military surplus never deployed were about 1,000 bucks!
I've seen loads of videos of this RC now and in any of the ones with a driver figure in the bod looks way too big. So is it me or is it a tad too small for a 1/6 driver figure?
Seriously you deserve more subs. "Pat's channel" has over 20k already and his content is sooooo bad! But fun is the most important thing in this hobby!
Hi, My steering wheel.servo was dead upon opening box, whilst I am not concerned if it works or not.... driver has stiff joints! What replacement do you recommend? Thank you
@@beyond1957 Are you talking about the figure your using as the driver?... mines a generic body figure I got on ebay, great joint movement, bt minus head sculpt, shop around for them, Ali express do great ones,

I know a lot of people would change the wheels and tires to make it a better crawler, but I think that is what makes it's so nice. Nice run :)

You need to add a qualifier. Otherwise, it's a pretty ridiculous assertion.
