before my papa die,he said he wants his body cremated for the reason that he dont want his remains to put in a sack if ever no one remembers him and n one can pay the rent . here in our country aparment style are much cheaper but some cementery only allow your departed ones to be buried their for 5 years. and their are cases where remains even in death are being mis treated and sometimes people with no heart steals even their teeth for medical purposes...so for me cremation in many ways are respectful and decent .

I pray God knows my heart & knows that if I had the money she would of been buried with a beautiful funeral...but I didn't have much money...& I really tried😢. I wasn't prepared for her to leave me. Man, I still get queasy thinking about the whole process her body went through. To have this beautiful whole human being, my twin, my heart, someone who gave me life and for 34 yrs was all I knew as a parent & was my constant supporter...is now diminished to just ash & pieces of bone fragments. I still have my mom's ashes. I made sure I put her in a pretty urn and I have a space for her at my home with beautiful trinkets & things that meant alot to her...just to memorialize her. The only thing that gives me some sort of comfort is knowing I physically have her. She isn't 6 ft. under in a cemetery all alone with few visits. I know her spirit isn't there & the body is just a shell. But it's my mom, my 1st love. I also got a urn necklace for my son & I that the funeral home put some ashes in. That we never take it off. We miss her so much. 😭😭😭
I know how you feel I had my mom cremated also 2 years ago and I hoped as well that she forgives me and God forgives me for having her cremated. I know my mom would've wanted to be buried in a casket but I didn't have much money to have a funeral so that was pretty much all I could do. I re-live her death all the time. Think about her last moments, funeral, cremation & constantly wonder about her all the time. Prayer helps, and also knowing she isn't in anymore pain makes it a tiny bit easier. I will keep you in my prayers. This is one of the hardest things, is to lose a parent. To be honest with you.....have you seen a body and what the elements do to it? Have you seen what a 4 year old cadaver looks like? First of all it rots into the satin lining and turns in a brown mush I can only compare with feces.....CREMATION IS PURER FOR THE SOUL AND SO YOU KNOW THAT BURYING THEY ARE EATEN BY MAGGOTS MAND SUCH....

You are so lucky you get to see him before he was cremated. We didn't get the chance to see our mother before she was cremated because of the pandemic, she died in the hospital with full of covid patients so its a no-no for the us to see the decease. Its a protocol of that fucked up hospital

Not a fan of cremation. My brother was killed in April 2018. Burned beyond recognition. My dad had him cremated. Seemed the right thing to do.
