You just need to rename Multikey file. I do not have more information about this file.

Nice work you are doing. I got a problem with the setup. I can't find any device. Gateway is showing green light but device is saying gateway not properly configured. Please do you have any idea what the problem might be? @ 05.08

Hello sir, i'm very excited to watch your video. During scan network, i have an error: "invalid user authentication on the target" after set user name and password.

I do not know what is your problem exactly, but you forgot the username or password, you have to reinstall the software again. I explained this process already during one video.
How to check connection between codesys and Kepserver ? PLC is running, tags added, but when I enter the quick client I didn't see any tags. I dont know where is the problem ?
Hi there, there are maybe several problems, For example, maybe your connection settings are not true which was explained during this video. Also, you can use the "Device Discovery" item to detect the settings automatically. see time 16:15 in this video: th-cam.com/video/wPW8Y8cHmYI/w-d-xo.html
Also, If you use the demo version of KepserverEX, you need to stop and start it every 2 hours.

Hi there, please pay attention to the directory where I found the multi-key file. Note that, if your Windows is installed on another driver (For example D or E), you will need to find it inside that. Also, you can use the search option of windows to find multi-key file.
One small doubt sir. By writing values in quick client can we control simulation in factory io ......if not in factory io , in which other software we can control simulation by writing values to kepware.....kindly pls help....
Hi there, I didn't understand your problem exactly. Note that you can control the equipment in Factory IO manually.

Hi there, The user is created for the first time when you want to start the simulation. If you forget its password, I explained how to reinstall this program (I mean CodeSys) to solve this problem in this video ( th-cam.com/video/wPW8Y8cHmYI/w-d-xo.html )

May I know why Scan network tab in my Device configuration cannot be access is it because Im only using Simulator?
Hi there, I tried to explain all steps. If you follow the videos, you won’t have any problem. However, if you have enabled the “Simulation” option from the “Online” menu, it’s better to disable it, before connecting CODESYS to other devices.
My connection in OPC Quick Client is showing BAD Quality. What can I do to fix it?

Hi there, the trial version of KepserverEx software should be stopped and restarted every 2 hours. However, I explained all steps to use OPC Quick Client. Please pay attention to our videos.
It is easily explained, you must make sure the DEVICE ADDRESS IN FULL is inputted. for example 0000.8421 is mine.
Hello thank you so much for the tutorial. But my issue is a little different. I am using a plc based my raspberry pi and Codesys is v3.5 sp 17 patch 3. I remember my device user management credentials and like every other time I entered the correct credentials but instead of allowing me to connect to the device, codesys keeps asking me to enter the credentials again and again every 2 seconds. The device tab turns green as well. I am stuck here. Is there a way i can get through this??? Please help
Thank you for contacting me regarding your question BUT I never used the CODESYS on Raspberry PI so I do not have any idea how you can resolve the issue you have.
After entering the user name and password in my first time connections, it shows “ no device is responding to the scan request “ . I have checked the gateway and systray are on but it’s still not working, can u give me some solutions 😢

You are not going to right directory, or maybe you installed another version of Codesys.

Hi there, Codesys ask you to determine your username and password at the beginning. After that you can use that. If you forgot your username and password, you well need to reinstall the software. I've explained this process during the Codesys tutorial.
