I've been looking all over the internet to learn which order to do the strings so they don't cross so much. Thank you. After stringing mine in the order you did, I think I realized that the string holes my pegs are not in the right place, so I'm still having some strings cross and make it difficult to tune. Maybe some of them are in the wrong place

Yes, sometimes the holes are in awkward locations. New holes should be drilled. I could make a video on that if there's enough interest.

@@eazy-n3751 maybe I don’t know but the size of Oud doesn’t same like nahati damscus size , it’s like modern turkish ouds.
