I have a 2011 EX-L V6 in the Basque red pearl color & ivory interior. I love this car. Had it for the past 7 years. Still is a beauty to look at inside & out despite being 10+ years old. I threw an intake and exhaust on it this summer just for sound , not speed cause it's already fast af stock lol
I believe the technical name for the color of this car is “Celestial Blue” one of my favorite Honda colors, especially on the 2014-2015 (I think) odyssey. Gotta love the 3.5 V6 too!
I own one I was looking for a reliable car for me and my baby. I wanted to get a Kia soul brand new because it has really no miles then I found the 2011 Honda accord…10000 miles owned by an older lady. I tinted the windows and adding under glow lights and led wheel lights. I want to add galaxy lights soon on the inside I figured just because I’m a mom I’m not driving a mom known car lol just can’t do it. Not to mention this drives so smooth
My aunt used to have the same car in white except it was an lx plus model bought from the original owner and she traded it for a 2017 subaru outback premium. I still see many of these cars with some having front seat headrests placed on backwards.
The 8th generation accord has got to be my favorite accord ever made by honda. My grandpa use to have a 2008 accord EX and it had 203K miles on it when he traded it for a 2018 CRV. I bet you that accord would’ve lasted to 300K miles with no problems at all.
An 8th gen saved my mom's life. Black with black leather, 2008, EX-L 4-cylinder. T-boned right in the driver's door by a 2005 Chevy Impala going 40 mph, and she literally walked away with two bruises. These cars have very robust structures and seat belts and airbags that do really well at cushioning you in a crash. My mom actually was hurt less than the occupants of the Impala, which was a bigger car, and they had a whole front end between them and the impact, were wearing their seat belts, had front airbags, and were significantly younger. That being said the occupants of the Impala only had cuts and bruises themselves, nothing serious. Everyone, my mom and the people that hit her, were wearing their seat belts. This may have saved a life or lives. That being said, these Ccords are cars that really were designed around occupants wearing their seat belts. Their frontal airbags are relatively small when fully inflated, they're big enough to cushion you if you're wearing your seat belt, as evidenced by this car's excellent performance in crash tests, but they're not going to Rocky Balboa punch you. actually when you said mid size sedan your wrong, back when the 8th gen accord was released it was called as a mid size sedan but now its called as a full size sedan as its larger than other sedans
Who's watching this in 2024?

We just recently got a 2012 EX-L V6. Only has 23k miles and it's excellent. Was a great find.
I have that same car for about 10 years now with 20k miles when I bought it at 106000 now and it still runs like a champ
