I am a guy who has Chelsea boots from them and mine do the same. The reason they crease is because they aren’t tight enough on your ankle. With each step you take, the leather will bend and crease. When on your foot, it should be unnoticeable.

Yeah but these arent $20 boots and I expected to get more than 2 wears out of them for less than 3 hours each before I started to see creasing.
