hello there storm Team 8 Forecast weather man when do you expect the State of Michigan to start having the snow on the ground here soon I was just wondering ok.
Hello there ! In western Michigan ,in the fall,the ground is still warm ,the sun still relatively high in the sky,so any snow we receive usually melts,so normally we are always wondering if there will be snow on the ground for Christmas,it's a 50/50 chance we will,but in the spring the ground is usually still frozen and any snow falls we receive will stick around a little longer until March or April were the sun gets higher in the sky ,spring and fall in mich are very interesting because a lot of our weather depends on which way the wind is from ,if it's from the south it's warm if it's from the north it's cold ,🙏hopefully no tornadoes,it's great today we have radar and teams of people to warn us of bad weather ,
Always wondering if we will have snow for Christmas becuz usually we don't have to much before then ,not that it cant happen,buts its always been that way in western Michigan thanks for forecasts and warnings!!!
