Whenever I think of Sugababes, this line up comes up in my mind.
This was the absolute best version of Sugababes. Their voices really suit one another and they worked them so brilliantly in the harmonies.
This version of the Sugababes definitely had the most tracks I liked (especially Stronger, Caught in a Moment, and the first recordings of Follow Me Home), but I found the original line up had a more interesting way of using their voices together. Just a personal thing.

Was the worst lineup. Heidi added absolutely nothing and Siobhan was sorely missed in all ways.

Same Heidi may not be as strong vocally as Siobhan but for me her voice has much more charm and hey she was a part 6 of the 7 Sugababe studio albums. No Heidi no Sugababes as far as I'm concerned.
Sugababes have such distinct voices unlike other girl groups
Them and the spice girls possibly the only girl groups that celebrated individuality

Sugababes, Spice Girls. Let's not forget about Misteeq. The UK has so much talent when it comes to girl groups. Wish Misteeq could've gone further.
This is actually one of my favourite Sugababes songs. Very underrated. Not only does it showcase their individual vocal gifts and group harmonies very well, but it's also a beautiful and genuinely moving song. Keisha is absolutely outstanding! :)
This is THE Sugababes. As much as I love the originals, when people say the name it makes me think of Stronger, Freak, Round Round, Too Lost In You, Push The Button and a lot of amazing album tracks. This is the line up I want to see reunite
'Overload' and 'Run For Cover' are great songs too.

I love this song, it meant a lot to me in a period of a few weeks in 2002 when my marriage ended, my dad died, I lost my job and my home. I had to claw my way back and this was part of the soundtrack. Thanks for critiquing this one. 💜

Heidi is my favourite Sugababe. This line-up harmonise so well with each other.
i feel like anyone who says heidi is their favorite is racist or hangs up about race. keisha and mutya are much better singers and more interesting than her.
My favourite Sugababes song and my favourite Sugababes line-up. This song helped me get through a lot of shit back when it came out.
Mutya's voice is amazing.
The Sugababes were brilliant.
Such a shame that all the behind-the-scenes-drama has had an effect on how the general public looks at them. They were and still are truly great vocalists who all bring something unique and beautiful to the table. Their songwriting skills are also very impressive.

I actually helped Heidi with her vocals when she was in the Liverpool based cabaret academy the ZODIAC ROADSHOW which was run by a lady called Stella James back in the nineties, blessed with some incredible young singers and entertainers including Jodie Mc'nee who was recently in little boy blue,
That IS the best Sugababes line-up. Hands down. This song, along with "Caught In A Moment" and "Ugly"are among their best vocal performances.
It's not the best, but it is the most classic lineup. This was the peak of their careers, not because Heidi had any talent, but simply because they finally signed with a big label who promoted them well and provided them with great producers to work with.
Mutya, Keisha, and Siobhan are the best lineup in terms of vocals.

Mutya has such a special voice ! Tone wise my favourite from the group. Wherever she was on the first verse it always does alot for me soo happy their back and I’m sending them live in October I’m their tour (although wish Heidi and amelle formed a super group with them) that would be perfect.

Although she's the weakest singer, Heidi's tone and range is great and goes well with the other girls who have deeper voices.
Deffo their best song. Gritty and real. Mutya was spectacular as always. I was 19/20 when this was out, brings back so many memories!

Heidi = 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I just can't with the nee naw scream. She's so average compared to Keisha and Mutya, they are insane vocalists. I liked the studio songs with Heidi on them but she murders every note live on stage. It's such a shame!

Heidi was immense and those 3 were the best. I love Siobhan's voice but she left before they got really famous and Heidi was a major part of the success. MB without Heidi they wouldn't have been so successful.
Without a bigger label and new team they wouldn't have been successful, Heidi didn't make them successful on her own did she? Mutya and Keisha were also there, wrote more, sang more and had already established the group.
Heidi Range is my favourite voice in the Sugababes. She was lovely and there is something I love about her voice that makes me happy. No "bye, Loves" :(

I would seriously recommend the MKS/original line-up version of this song from the tour a few years ago. I feel like Siobhan covered Heidi's part very well. She didn't try to copy her, just did something different and fun.
Siobhan has better technique and control, Heidi is just good at being loud. Come on now!

This is one of my favourite Sugababes songs and this is a really good performance. The original Sugababes 1.0. are my favourite line up (I adore Siobhan!) but I like 2.0 with Heidi too. They had some terrific songs during this period. Sugababes 3.0. with Amelle I was never that keen on, apart from one or two songs and 4.0. with Jade I didn't like at all. Not because I don't like Jade, I think she's a great singer, but because I think their music became so boring, bland and generic by that point. I'm so glad the original Sugababes, Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan are returning once more and have a new song out next month. Plus they've won the rights back to the name Sugababes. Not sure whether I care about the name or not though, I just can't wait to hear new music from them as I think they're all great singers (today more than ever) and their voices go so well together. I went to see them on their tour in 2013 ands they were fantastic!

This line up is clearly the definitive line up everyone thinks of when they think of the Sugababes, although I prefer the original 3 girls, their vocal blend was so much better and I'm glad that's the line up we have now. This whole show was great, even down to Mutya singing the wrong lyrics on Blue haha

Heidi is always so shaky in Stronger, Mutya always steady as a rock. Keisha a bit unsure in the low part but great belts.
Keisha isn't as supported in her lower register because she's a soprano and her voice shines more in her mid and upper registers
@@marleymusiq yeah very true but if you look at those acoustic clips from MKS she's very strong in the lower part. Her voice has really evolved I think.
Love this line up! If you do anymore Girls Aloud would love to see you react to them doing Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me at the Jingle Bell Ball, or perhaps Call the Shots on Top of the Pops.
I'm looking forward to the original line up of the band being Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan bringing out new song Flowers in October. Flatline was incredible!

This is my favourite Sugababes song, it's absolutely amazing, this and Lost In You. I do love all the different line-ups of the band tho and those songs but with Heidi, they have better songs - just as a whole. Arghh so hard coz I love Siobhan. And, I think Sugababes are better than Girls Aloud tho I love love them, too.
I respect the fact you like Girls Aloud more, but I've tried listening to their catalogue several times and they just don't do it for me. Give me The Sugababes (and The Saturdays) anytime.
Sure if Siobhan didn't leave, the group continued more with their urban melody soul route, but Heidi made the pop mix a little bit that contributed to them going mainstream even more. Again in a group, it's supposed to be blending, not who's the best. Just lost my interest with Siobhan when she turned out to be doing her solo act when she said she left because of her studies (fashion-related I think).

I was always a sugababes fan I never really connected with girls aloud as much I think sugababes all had good voices and girls aloud had a few weak links cough cough kimberley Sarah but having said that I did like some of there songs I just feel they wasn't on the same level as the sugababes

Lmao that Heidi bridge has been a running joke among me and my friends for so long cause she always sings it so hilariously bad, we would randomly sing/imitate it out of nowhere and it never isn't funny lol. I still ask myself why they gave her that part at 6:00 when they knew she can't carry it, poor thing always sounds like a dying animal

You can maybe flip Keisha and Jade, but Keisha's wonderfully warbly vibrato is essential to the Sugababes sound, imo. The original three had the best blend of vocal tones by a mile.

Heidi seemed very sweet and this line up is the most successful obviously. But she is the weakest vocalist to have been in the group.
Sugababes > Girl Aloud - more talent, better songs, better voices by far.
