Great video, loved seeing the traditional way of making this dish . Zia Lucia is a gem, you need to use her in more of your videos.

This brings back so many memories of my mom, she would make her pasta the same way. My parents came from San Mango Cilento province of Salerno. My mom would make her own sauce too every September. I miss helping her with all these beautiful things.

I like to hear the dialect, me I understand it perfectly even if not Neapolitan or from Salerno, I am from Puglia in origin and the dialect is similar to Neapolitan derives from the Neapolitan. My mom made the same homemade pasta ... including a quintal of tomato sauce, hours and hours of work to boil all the jars ... 🇮🇹🇨🇦

Amazing video. It reminds me of when i use to do the same type of pasta with my two Nonnas in montreal, canada 🇨🇦 and Waterbury, Connecticut 🇺🇸. Both my grandmothers were from the same town in italy, Pontelandolfo, Benevento in Campania.

Ieri sera ho fatto pasta e fagioli esattamente come lei per me è mi madre che viva con l'Alzheimer. Piacere di vedere che le tradizioni e la lingua italiana ( con un pizzico di dialetto ) si mantengono anche in Usa.
