Okay I tested this music out during several headaches this past month. All I can say is WOW! This truly helps my body and mind relax. I am able to rest better and my headaches do not last as long. My headaches don't become as strong. I had to put this to the test because I've never heard of music helping severe headaches before. Thank you!

I was heading toward a migraine- nauseous and all. I cannot believe how well this helped! 1 hour later my headache was GONE. 😮 I will be listening to this again next time a headache hits to see if the results are consistent because I have NEVER had music help a headache before.

I have a science exam tomorrow & when I sat down to study today all my anxiety and nerves just poured out and I couldn't stop crying and shaking and I didn't study at all.
