I agree. The wax is not as soft, I have older wax to compare with the newer wax and some of the newer wax is very hard and I mean wax shards everywhere type of hard.
Vintage is one of my very favorite winter blends from TBs! I’ve been waiting for her to bring it back. I grabbed two tubs, but I kinda wish I had grabbed a loaf
Great haul, friend. I had expected 72 tubs;-( TBs does medium at best in my smaller rooms. Her blends are beautiful but gets lost in my open concept. Everyone's home and experience with her wax varies. In fact, I did House of Dragons today in my home office and it was a good medium in strength. It was marinating from 2022😅
Hi Kim! Great haul. I have some older wax from Teddy Bee's that I got from destashes, and then newer stuff that I've purchased myself. Her wax sometimes does very well in my home, and sometimes it does not. I have never paid attention to whether it is the softer wax that does better. I'll have to start doing that and see.
I think her super soft wax was circa 2017-2018? I have to look at my email. 👀 I’m still playing with it, to see if I’m going to keep trying or destashing some. I don’t know!
Ty! I am also being cautious about Teddy Bees. I only started ordering from her last year. I have had some disappointing throw from some blends. But I have a lot to try to see what might work- I’m trying to give everything a chance to cure. I didn’t get a lot of the same scents you did but I did get vintage. I like that one and I’m really curious about how it will be on warm. Someone else said the main thing they get is the fig leaves. If that’s what I’m smelling I like it.
I didn't get Vintage because the fig leaves note scared me. Not a fan of fig. But people are raving about how good it is, so I kind of regret not at least getting a souffle to try it. I had a number of cracked lids in my order too. 😥

Also most of my lids were cracked- I was thinking because of the cold?
Then I like fig leaves too! It just smells good.

So, her wax did perform way better for me when it was softer. It’s a bummer that she changed her formula.
That’s the way I remember it. But, people seem to love her stuff. This might be the first vendor where I have to say, doesn’t work in my house. 😩
