Ever since the accident, I’ve been too scared to file my taxes. I’m unsure of what to do, and I’m frightened to ask for help.

What happened?? Freedom Law School says you don't even have to pay according to the true law. It's a voluntary system but they unjustly enforce compliance
@@matthew2752 as much as all of that is true. We still had to file the back taxes. You don’t fuck with the IRS. They will always win.🤷🏼♀️ Thus, the IRS is a body established by "positive law" because it was created through a congressionally mandated power. Moreover, section 7803(a) explicitly provides that there shall be a Commissioner of Internal Revenue who shall administer and supervise the execution and application of the internal revenue laws.

PS…….the IRS STILL….has never shown the verbiage that states that all us citizens must pay INCOME tax…. The test they refer to starts out as…. “ for those that are required to file…”…. But there is never a definition of WHO…IS…REQUIRED…TO FILE. I have a dollar…. I hand it to you…. And the IRS says that they get 20 cents of it…. You hand it back to me.. ( now 80 cents)…. And the IRS says that they get 16 cents…. I know have 64 cents and I held it to you… and the IRS SAYS THAT they get 15 cents….. Let’s try this a different way. I paint your house…. I…..LOST….I…LOST….a day out of my life….. and you reimburse me $100…. For my loss….. and the IRS calls that “ income” …or gain…. That’s BULL….I….LOST……a day out of my life and a day out of my life is worth a million dollars…. There was no income…. There was compensation for loss. Should we all contribute to support teachers, firemen and roads? Yes of course…. But I….. did….not….gain…. Someone who has a million dollars in investments and at the end of the year the million dollars has grown to 1.1 million….. THAT… is gain… Mine was a compensation far short of my loss
Yes where is the response to that perception? Faith and reward by God is a thoroughly true answer but you have bases in questioning with principles that our government should follow.... I have back taxes IRS and State of North Carolina. I live in Charlotte NC and reached depression with owing back taxes, medical, state already garnishing 10% of my wages. I want to file Chapter 7 and don't even have enough to pay for a bankruptcy attorney. IRS back taxes can be waived under Chapter 7 or there any programs with IRS to cut what I owe in half because of poverty? However I can't pay no huge lump sum or get any loan to pay IRS off.
How can I find out if the IRS will direct the Department of state to revoke my passport if I owe back taxes? Is there a way to stop this process or slow it down while in the middle of trying to figure out taking care of my tax liabilities and filing taxes that were not filed over the past six years?
If they’re simple returns, I recommend people do that. Just make sure your business is set up right with the proper LLC, where there’s tax planning measures set in place and as you start to grow, make sure you use the CPA best of luck.

I made a mistake on my father’s final estate taxes. I filed a 1040 instead of a 1041. I realized my mistake and hired an enrolled agent and CPA to help unwind my mistake.
Delinquent two years back as we close this current year Nov/Dec left... Could save money by doing the late return to myself or finding a charity volunteer. Applied for account last night, just looking for more counsel for late in life proper small income incremental tax payments
Do not understand
I didn’t file when I started working as a kid at age 16 and didn’t start to file at age 21
My guess you were a W-2 wage runner and probably lost refunds. Just start filing whatever you can.
THAT… is gain…
Mine was a compensation far short of my loss
Yes where is the response to that perception? Faith and reward by God is a thoroughly true answer but you have bases in questioning with principles that our government should follow.... Since I find this video of the next day after the presidential election it coincides with my recollection that in the founding of the constitutional Republic America, only property owners could vote.....

I was diagnosed with statue 4 lung cancer four years ago. I only receive SS, they have records of that and I did not file, I was dying. Well four years later I still have nothing but SS yet I got out of the hospital in Atlanta dec 2023 with a mass in my skull. They gave me 8to12 wks. Can they come after my children for this?
No
However, if you owe taxes and transfer your assets to your children, IRS can follow those assets
When the state or federal IRS send me a letter saying how much I owe why is the money they want more then if I wore to file to beging with

He is still bound to all the tax laws

He must file and they have a hardship program

Thank you, Mike. This has been a very informative video and I appreciate the advice. Great work!

Would this pop up on your file if someone were to run a background check on you?
It wouldn’t pop up, but you should find out whether Iris have prepared your tax returns, because at some point they will
They don’t teach us any of this in school. How to file taxes, tax brackets, investing, or anything related to financial literacy. Yet it’s illegal to not pay/file your taxes. My dad had an accountant file all of our taxes but now It’s up to me.
Exactly! But as soon as u get ur 1st job, they want their taxes. We have to break this financial curse by self education.
New Sub ! I really appreciate the way you broke it all down, short and simple, less complicated! I look forward to hearing more tips in the future! Thank you
Awesome, thank you!
Absolutely I agree and really value his videos over anyone else.
Great!

I owned a small business prior covid but covid shut my business down. I lost all tax documents. How could I fill without my client tax documents?
There’s reconstructive methods available to prepare your return
@ would that entail previous bank accounts?
Hi I have a question and thank you for the video. If I have not filed for a few years does it matter how I file as far as the current tax year going back to the years I haven’t or should I file starting from the previous years to the current?
He must file the last 6 years . That’s it the last six years.
Sir, Thank you for your quick response to my questions. I definitely feel that your correct. I do trust your advice. I do have unfilled taxes and have been trying to call them, but I can't get anyone on the phone at the IRS to speak to. I would really love to speak to someone for help.
Whatever happened to that little thing the constitution where it states income tax is participatory. As I’ve read it the only time income can be legally taxed is if you do commerce outside of the U.S. appreciate the info!!!
I don’t answer any question of constitutional law. I think it’s best to contact your senator or your congressman because those are the only people that can answer and those questions for you. I am just like you.
Can you give me some advice I was under a audit and I didn't want to file because I didn't want them to intercept my refund and now it cleared so I will be filing 3 yrs back and my question is if there's a penalty fee how can I avoid that 🤔
Thanks buddy, i love your clear info vids. Just subscirbed!

Where can I go to get all my w2? I haven’t done them in about 3 year and I forgot where I worked at
Go to irs.gov and ask in the search bar for your tax transcripts and then ask for a wage and income transcripts. You’ll have all your W-2s and 1099.
Here's my problem Mike I don't have my 1099s I called my employer and they said we don't keep 1099s You'll have to get them from the IRS ......
I was like how do you not keep your 1099s for a few years... I have not filed 2021-2022 and 2023 I do have the 1099s from 2022 and 2023 .
To be honest at this point I'm so screwed with the IRS I don't even know if it's going to help 🤦
1099’s are on file at irs.gov pull up your wage and income transcripts and you will find them

Hello ! I have a question as well. For the year 2022 I forgot to file 3 gigs I only filed one as the missing 1099’s were very intermittent and I was deactivated and just forgot about them!! I did file one which was my primary gig! How can I fix this problem? I don’t currently owe any money.
File correct tax returns
Very good, thanks for helping me understand more about security threats.
You must get a free consult from a bankruptcy training that’s what I suggest
Excellent information - thank you! New subscriber 👊🏾
Thank you very much. I appreciate it.
What about state unfiled taxes?
If you live in a state like CA, It's seven years and not six years that need to be filed.
How can I find out if the IRS will direct the Department of state to revoke my passport if I owe back taxes? Is there a way to stop this process or slow it down while in the middle of trying to figure out taking care of my tax liabilities and filing taxes that were not filed over the past six years?
Thank you sir. It's a scary thing for sure.
not if u owe kno the system
I want to file my own business taxes. I will view your videos. Thank You for sharing
If they’re simple returns, I recommend people do that. Just make sure your business is set up right with the proper LLC, where there’s tax planning measures set in place and as you start to grow, make sure you use the CPA best of luck.
My accountant has not been getting backed to me, but was gonna put in has non-collectable. Then he was going to do an offer and compromise. Again I still never heard from him. I may have to deal with the IRS myself now. Thanks for the video. I will follow your advice. I'm still overwhelmed with this. I owe non-filed 6 years back taxes.
Thank you! I'll be in touch with questions!
Wow where you been all my life GEESH!😊

Hello’ question! Can you file by mail without putting the EIN number of the former employer and just by attaching the transcript that the own IRS give you? I am filling taxes from 2020-2021 and 2022 for someone and got the softwares from turbo tax and just want to be sure I am not going to get those returns rejected
I am so sorry, but I don’t do this type of work. I apologize.
Hi Michael, thank you for the information. Would you recommend contacting the IRS directly to find out my unfilled and back taxes, or going through an accountant?
If you were wise, you’d go through us, but that’s your choice. You not go through Irs cause they’re not gonna prepare your returns or work out a plan of action so choose however you want but not the Irs.
Can you answer this question I did not file for 6 years, but I am owed a tax return the IRS told me they will not pay me. What can I do?
The IRS can only refund the last three years. No refunds are allowed past 3 years 😊
You are GOD send. Don't know what urged you to create a channel but THNAK YOU!!

It may mean they were never filed
What if you filed and somehow you got back too much and owe from that year
That doesn’t make sense maybe IRS adjusted your tax return I can’t tell you without doing a deep dive. You need to contact Irs. I’m more importantly go to your accountant. Who prepared the return
What if you just dont file at all ever? What will happen?
It’s will find u for sure
@@HelpFromAFormerIRSAgent that's weird because it doesn't find former IRS Agents who haven't filed in 30 years and seem to win court every time they are challenged.😇
I was laid off my remote job abruptly, so to basically budget cuts. I was homeless for over a year and couldn’t file my taxes. I’m trying to retrieve my w-2s now. Do you think I have to actually put in the w-2 info at this point on turbo tax? Or just pay what is owed?
Go to irs.gov and you’ll find four or five different type of transcripts available if you pull your wage and income transcripts, you will find all your Tuz and/or 1099. Best of luck.
Hey, Mike I have a law Firm that want to charge 8,000 to take on my tax problem is this to much beings I'm retired due to physical and mental issues and only make $3200 a month they are asking $1000 a month in payments.
Yes it is
We do the representation work for about $6000. Not sure whether you have tax returns to file but those will have to be done too with the $8000. I’m sure they’re gonna charge you more. We can probably do it cheaper and do a much better job because of our Irs experience 954-328-3501. I’ve been doing this, work for 51 years so you make the call
Either way, I wish you the best of luck. This is all we do for a living.
Should I prepare all my returns, then talk to an attorney or IRS on how best to proceed?

I made a mistake on my father’s final estate taxes. I filed a 1040 instead of a 1041. I realized my mistake and hired an enrolled agent and CPA to help unwind my mistake. All I want to do is make it right with the IRS. We can’t get the IRS to transfer the taxes I paid on the 1040 (over $16k) toward the taxes the heirs owe due to the K-1 we will receive. Meanwhile I’m worried sick about the penalties we are accruing. It’s been 6 months since we contacted them and over a year since the 1041 was due. The IRS works at a glacial speed. It’s really stressing me out.
I will look on your website for additional info. This sounds like the help I need
Can i file my 6 years taxes in September/ October? If so how do I get ahold of a agent for help? I think most local offices are closed
You can file your tax returns whenever you want. I don’t know why you picked out those too much but as far as getting a hold of an agent, Irs isn’t gonna file your tax returns. You must do that through a private source.

Suggest everyone file a tax return for any year, so Irs says there’s a turn on file whether income is made or not. This way you’ll never get a letter from IRS asking for your tax return or any inquiries always file.
Is filing free of charge in my case online with TurboTax then? (or if is there any other free one, but I prefer TurboTax)
Makes no sense to me if i have to file my taxes and pay like $100 or whatever amount when I actually earned barely $11 in entire year?

Can irs file criminal charges against someone if they haven't filed in 5 years?
First of all, Irs can do whatever it wishes to do, but for a normal regular taxpayer that doesn’t have monumental income Irs generally never does that unless there’s suspect criminal activity that goes along with the nonfiling
If you were a small taxpayer, the odds are very slim. Easiest thing to do is just to get these filed because you’re gonna have to file them at some point. I wish you the best of luck.
I became homeless for a few months during COVID and something happened while filling my taxes, never received my refund which was around $1,900 tried filling for the next year when that time came up same thing.
