No. Well, it depends on what body do you have currently, and what do you mean by good shape. You wont get a muscular body with this workout routine if youre skinny.

I'm on my feet all day and do quite a bit of physical work on the job but this is perfect for me if I can just start doing quick routine stuff. Appreciate you taking the time to make this.
If anyone needs an easier variation on this, here's what I recommend: Regular pushups rather than inclined, declined pushups rather than regular, and higher declined pushups rather than inclined. For the hold, if you find you can't do the entire length of time midway down, find the hight at which you can. Remember, if you can't manage the same workout as the pros on TH-cam, you can always work your way up.

If you have no weights to put on your back then youd have to just increase reps based on the stimulus youre feeling from them. Maybe just increase all these by 5 reps and see where your at, try again another day at higher reps again if you arent getting the stimulus you need. Im not a professional but i work in PT and this just makes the most logical sense
I used to be able to do only 2 diamond push ups, I tried everyday for about a month. Now I can do up to 20.. its all about consistency and always trying
Honestly my advice is to keep trying until you get your first one. Don't be disheartened if you can't at first, because the more you try to get your first pushup, the easier it will become to get your first one and so on so forth. That's what I did, and now within a month I can do over 50 between sets ❤
If you can’t do pushups, you could start with wall pushups then knee pushups, till you can do a regular pushup. After which practice doing regular pushups for a while before moving on to a pike pushups like he did in the vid. For other muscle groups like the biceps, you could do regular curls with your hands or with a weight for more resistance and like the pushups, increase the intensity as you get better. For shoulders and core you could start off with planks. They’re easy to do and are amazing for your delts and core. I’m a bit new to working out and the upper body was weak for me but once I started this it got better, so I hope you’ll feel the same way 😊
To increase height you firstly need good genetics. But if you want to actually increase the chances of growing you need to eat properly and sleep at least 8 hours daily

Try your best you’ll get better , I know you’ll feel like it’s not worth it but with time you’ll do more . Dont give up
