Through Milan’s journey the good and difficult times, Little Havens was quite literally a "safe haven” for us. A place we could call home and where we could be ourselves. We will always hold a big place in our hearts for Little Havens. Where our son Milan was very happy. I would say, everyone at LHs was simply incredible! Every story is different but without wonderful support of Havens Hospices, these stories would be very different. The hospice relies on mostly donations & charity, the fundraising events. People need to know that hospices are so much more than just for end of life only. They help reduces burden of care, allow families the time to enjoy the time together snd make memories in safe environments. Allows time for shared decision to be made and minimises the unnecessary suffering with better symptom support. It helps families optimise the life they have left together... Making Every Day Count.
