Btw, when you call up a player from the academy I would recommended you play them in the first team, or second team for a few games until they have a 'good' form. That way when you loan them out, they'll get game time at their new club, and increase in their overall by a TON, I'm talking about 10+ overall in one season. Instead of leaving them in the reserve where they won't get a single game under their belt.
