If his videos are monetized no one has claimed a copyright, and if these "fakers" are real, they'd be the type to put a claim on it.

The runner at 18:22 also got the achievement "Subspace Bubble" which isn't possible in a normal run. No runner is going to travel far enough in the nether to get that in a legit run. The ONLY kind of runner that would even attempt to do something like that is one in a Manhunt video
