LISTEN to the news, movies, speeches and so on. Also, read stories, Fictions, Newses and so on. You will learn the tense constructions he is talking about!

Enfant, the tenses are or should be 7 instead; past continuous and past perfect are missed. Should be included. The rest is very good.
Really it's nice but to make readable what you write for your follower is left with you. I mean it's ok for whom attend your class but Not for your follower

By the way, I do a have a suggestion for you. I could be wrong. If you don't mix Amharic in between, especially when you ask them questions, please encourage them to answer the questions in English even if they make mistakes.This would help them to build confidence in speaking the language without any reservations. You start your lesson in English. Finish your lesson in English. Ask, let them participate and respond to you in English and push, encourage them to speak and reply to you in English.
