Versatile: the Mercedes-Benz GLE and its sporty offshoot, the GLE Coupé, are just as suitable for families and leisure time as they are for long-distance journeys and transporting loads. 4MATIC, which comes as standard in Europe, ensures that you can get through even in poor traction conditions or off-road terrain on gradients of up to 100 percent. A towing load of up to 3.5 tonnes1 makes it possible to pull a horse trailer, a valuable classic car or a larger caravan.
Mercedes-Benz has now updated the exterior, interior, technology and equipment of the model generation launched in 2018. The updated models will reach dealers in Europe from July 2023. The engine range is now electrified throughout. It includes mild hybrids with a 48-volt system and Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) as well as fourth-generation plug-in hybrids. Most models now have more power than the previous versions. The biggest is the increase with 30 kW on the GLE 400 e 4MATIC (details for GLE SUV: Fuel consumption combined, weighted (WLTP): 1.1-0.8 l/100 km, combined CO2 emissions, weighted (WLTP): 25-19 g/km, combined power consumption, weighted (WLTP): 27.3-24.7 kWh/100 km)

It’s equipped with a 612 HP + 16 kW (22 hp) from EQ Boost starter-alternator V8 cylinder engine with twin turbocharging and integrated EQ Boost which produces 850Nm of torque AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission.
2023 GLE 63 AMG Coupe 0-100 km/h (62mph) can be reached in 3.9 seconds!
The top speed VMAX is electronically limited to 280 km/h (174mph)

Is not fair the comparison in so different colors. Doesn't do any justice to the SUV, i would love to see them in the same Color. The Coupe is really cool but is getting way too common. I would go with a SUV in a very bright color like that red. It would be very interesting!

Exactly! The only thing I didn’t like about the pre facelift ones & now the GLE is perfect in my opinion. Will be doing more videos about it so we can get our final resume about it! 🙏🏽
Funny enough but front headlights pre-lift look way more aggressive and nicer to me. Back lights are both nice pre and face lifted.

Mercedes has gotta stop with those damn ugly running boards. Both sound amazing. Also, the base brakes on the 53 should at least be a 4 piston monoblock. The standard 53 floating caliper is a let down.

If you’re gonna do a comparison video, then compare all options… You didn’t bother to show the inside back seat or trunk space of either vehicle you show the inside panoramic roof of the 63 didn’t bother to show anything other than the front seat of the 53. Basically this “comparison“ was about sound, and nothing more.
