Cutlass prop shaft bearing replacement

In this video we replace the cutlass bearing on the 1982 O’Day 28. The shaft is removed then the old bearing is also removed. The process requires a relief cut, some heat, and a homemade press tool. The new Johnson Cutless bearing was installed from Duramax marine using heat and chilling the bearing. The part # for the Cutless bearing is "Back".
