Love how Fraser is adding none crossfit equipment to his gym like a leg press and hip trust machine. I’m surprise he has not added a inverse curl machine since he said that’s something he really wants to concentrate on.
I’m not surprised at all. Most top level CF athletes are doing some isolation accessory work. My husband and I have a home gym that has a mix of CF and iso machines. It’s good to mix it up. We also have a bit of background in the body building world and CF. I used to go to my box and do a workout and go to the regular gym after and do my iso lift for the day.
I will never understand why Mat doesn't compete anymore. I get that it's personal, but he's young and capable. Having one more title than Froning doesn't mean he's the GOAT.
