  • This early medieval silver, dating from 500-600 AD and unearthed in Fife during the 19th century, is one of the largest Pictish hoards ever to be found. In this video, Glenmorangie Research Fellow Alice Blackwell explores the history of the hoard and exposes a fake in its midst.

    Uhmm the original silver was probably "illegally" melted several times in the past before this museum hobbit got a hold of it.
