It looks so silly the first time you see it, particularly when it flies up into the atmosphere and when it goes into the boat mode. But it really does grow on you. You realize its design and features make sense for its story while being so sleek and elegant.
I would LOVE to see some more of these re:view videos! It's pretty obvious you've learned and grown a lot since your older videos and seeing some of those kits get the love and production quality you put into your reviews now would be amazing. I can't think of any off the top of my head but I would be more than happy with literally any of them tbh
It's not a bad idea to re:view a bunch of older kits you reviewed years ago. I remember you had a bad reputation amongst hobbyists for being crazy and uncaring for your kits. Glad you're doing better now, and it might be a good acknowledgement of your past reviews to re-do some of them, especially those you don't even remember reviewing.
Not just that, in the old reviews he tend to rush alot since he used to live in an apartment in Japan with some strict neighbour. And due to that he also had to rush build alot of kits
This really need a Master Grade. I really love the design and the aesthetic of Atlas Gundam. It also have unique accessories that you don't see often. Bandai please. 😭
I would absolutely be down to see a re:view of the Unicorn RG all done up with panel lines, some decals and maybe even a "painted" V fin. Not only because it's my favorite Gundam design but also due to seeing people posting on the gunpla sub reddit about it and some of the issues associated with it. So I think having someone show people where issues can come from and how to circumvent them and sharing tips about the model would be really useful, plus who doesn't love a Unicorn ? Oh and a big fun fact to anyone that has an RG Unicorn kit: they love blue to purple LED or blacklight. Those psycho frames glow like crazy !
This kit is what really solidly made me love gunpla. Ive built a ton of expensive fancy kits including a boat load of pbandais but this probably was my davourite to built and was just so entertaining throughout. The stickers are fantastically designed as well, despite having so many they all go on so painlessly bc of how they are laid out. I think i will get another one for painting if i can find it locally
I think my favorite aspect of the kit is the fact that they molded the ball cockpit into the chest. For those who don't know, not a ball cockpit like MKII or Sazabi, but literally a RB-79 stripped of all its limbs and weapons stuck in the chest like a core block. I painted mine in the Thunderbolt Ball colors even if it gets hidden by the chest armor.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on the P-BANDAI version. Took the extra time and painted it up. I was nervous the entire time, but turned out pretty good, but learned to take your time.
I'd love to see some of your IBO reviews redone because I saw the Gundam Bael on sale and wanted to know if it was decent and your current style definitely feels a lot more enjoyable to watch! (and not recorded in literal candle light)
Yup for me too,,this kit is my favorit gundam design, favorit gundam manga, favorit gundam series anime! & Now the next best for me is gundam EX requiem for vengeance,,,cant wait for the series came out
I'd love to see a Re:View of the Strike Rouge/Strike Gundam 2.0. I was super satisfied with the Rouge+Ootori, and would love to see how it stacks up on the scale today.
As someone who’s trying to meet a goal of building all the RG kits seeing you redo some of the early RG kits would be amazing to see what I’m getting into
We definitely need the Acguy Thunderbolt to have a HG release, even if it's P-Bandai. If Atlas Gundam got a HG release, Acguy Thunderbolt deserves one too.
10:30 There are decals for the Atlas! It’s part of a “universal” HG Thunderbolt decal sheet. I know this because I used them for my custom GM Spartan, the P90-esc decals were too cool to pass up.
I was referring to the FN P90, it’s a submachine gun. It has this super interesting sci-fi look that I think the Atlas’ main machine guns share in resemblance.
I'd love to see this thing in a MG or even an RG with how good they've gotten with the color separation on more modern releases. But considering the Atlas's ultimate fate in the Thunderbolt manga and what Io's flying around in now, I wanna see some of the new stuff they've got in that series as real world kits. Give me a Thunderbolt GM Custom or Darrly's new machine damnit!
So little mg being made so I've been building older kits, looking especially for unique build experiences; so Id love to see more MG reviews, maybe not pre v2.0 era, but anything after that I'd for sure like to see
I would love to see a video on a few oooold hg/ng 1/144 for old times sake. Maybe a comparison of old kits to the newer versions of them. It’s nice to see how far bandai has come.
This is one of my favorite Gundams ever designed. I have this version of the HG and I do love it. But with the color separation you mentioned and a few other lil things that could be improved. The Atlas is just screaming for a MG verka release. A RG would awesome to, maintain the 1/144 scale but with the absolute beauty of modern RG. Ala, God Gundam and the upcoming Epyon.
Nice idea Mecha, bit like when your modelling skills become more advanced with every kit & sometimes think back to some great builds a while ago but deserve another refresh to do them justice, personally for me what comes to mind is the reginlaze and perhaps the hg dynames...
One of my all time favorite HG’s as well. My only real complaint (besides the color inaccuracy) was the toes on my kit do not stay on at all. I can blow on them and they’d fall off
A lot of your first videos were on some pretty iconic kits, like the Strike MG remaster, MG Aegis, MG Proto Zero. Another set of kits I've been wondering about is the old no grade 1/100s. Some flashback reviews of old as hell kits could be interesting. I can't imagine they'd take to long to put together either with how simple they look.
A kit to consider a re:view for is the MG Gundam Astray Blue Frame D as that review was split among multiple, short videos. Same goes for the any related to the MG Build Strike. Would be nice to see a review in your current style and get a proper ranking.
there ARE waterslides specific to the HG Atlas Gundam, however they're only available with the mentioned P-Bandai Bandit Flower version of the kit along with those more screen-accurate Railgun, Shield, etc etc
This is one of the best UC Gundam ever, I just love Gundam without super mode or funnels bs. You should consider adding the P Bandai Atlas into your collection
I'd love to see a re:view of the rg sinanju!! Maybe with the past few years of added experience and knowing what to cement and what not to, maybe youll be able to make it not as headache inducing?? i hope!!
one thing im surprised you never reviewed, or at least i couldnt find it, the MG Sazabi Ver Ka, ill have to go looking to see things that id like to see re:viewed
Wow didn´t expect to the Atlas to be such nice kit although ofc it needs a lot of extra effort to look awesome but just Wow Thx for the review i really like your videos and thanks to them i started in gunpla :D and also I'd love to see a Re:View of the RG Wing Gundam EW someday
We gotta get a Re:View of the Gundam Origin FSD (North American, FSD, and Heavy Armor) full review. The 5 year old one is nice, but recently you've been adding fun facts and I think the FSD deserves more justice!
could you also re review a little about the old kit condition especially the articulation when you're doing re:view? so viewers have pictures about how the figure hold up through the years
I’ve seen two of these kits in local hobby shops near me in Korea, I guess I shouldn’t sleep on them if they’re this good despite the color inaccuracies
I'd like some Re:views on some IBO kits to see how your opinion on them has changed and some insight on your favorite designs from the series. Edit: I looked through some of the comments on this video and I wanted to add also doing them with the same style you do now to give reviews that full in depth feeling
Honestly, you've come a long way from "somehow feels like alt account with TypeV3". You sound more professional now, and I feel like you've really come up with your own distinct style of reviews. I would like to see a re:view of the MG Astray Blue Frame D, and the RG Sinanju.
This Gundam seriously deserve the MG or MGEX treatment. Just imagine those layers between inner frame, yellow and white armor.
Especially with it being an RX 78 variant, Really weird we don't have this one in MG
Need a MG kit of this... 😢 bandai make it happen
Just imagine it being done as a modern hg, the layering, the parts separation, oh my god
Agree, I need MG version...
Plus the Ball cockpit would be amazing to see
Atlas Gundam is one of the most unique MS designs in UC and it deserved a MG treatment esp. a Ver. Katoki.
A Ver. Ka Atlas would be the easiest way for Bandai to take all my money
It looks so silly the first time you see it, particularly when it flies up into the atmosphere and when it goes into the boat mode. But it really does grow on you. You realize its design and features make sense for its story while being so sleek and elegant.
FYI, the P-bandai Atlas Gundam Bandit Flower ver. comes with the exclusive sheet of water slide decals for the Atlas Gundam.
I would LOVE to see some more of these re:view videos! It's pretty obvious you've learned and grown a lot since your older videos and seeing some of those kits get the love and production quality you put into your reviews now would be amazing. *cough cough* cherudim saga gbf *cough cough*
which made him the dedicated durability tester
Not just that, in the old reviews he tend to rush alot since he used to live in an apartment in Japan with some strict neighbour. And due to that he also had to rush build alot of kits
His voiceovers are a lot better now, too. His shouting used to put me off too much.
How about update review of older kits like how do they held up until now
The Gundam Astaroth Rinascimento!
i always loved IBO kits and this one particularly stood out for me
This really need a Master Grade. I really love the design and the aesthetic of Atlas Gundam. It also have unique accessories that you don't see often. Bandai please. 😭

This is a blast from the past! I remember watching the original and absolutely fell in love with it.
I love this concept. There are a lot of older reviews I would love to see you return to.
Tbh, the Aegis was one of the first master grades I picked up and I would love to see a re:review for the MG Aegis
It also mecha's first MG review iirc
I think my favorite aspect of the kit is the fact that they molded the ball cockpit into the chest. For those who don't know, not a ball cockpit like MKII or Sazabi, but literally a RB-79 stripped of all its limbs and weapons stuck in the chest like a core block. I painted mine in the Thunderbolt Ball colors even if it gets hidden by the chest armor.
I’d love it if you could revisit your custom MechaGaikotsu Dantalion idea, it’d be a nice revisit to the kit AND a nice revisit to customs too!
I was lucky enough to get my hands on the P-BANDAI version. Took the extra time and painted it up. I was nervous the entire time, but turned out pretty good, but learned to take your time.
I love the idea for this series. I'm an iron-blooded orphans simp so I'd love to see any re-reviews on those!
The bandit flower ver has different thrusters and the rail gun is different too. Accurate to the OVA
I'd love to see some of your IBO reviews redone because I saw the Gundam Bael on sale and wanted to know if it was decent and your current style definitely feels a lot more enjoyable to watch! (and not recorded in literal candle light)
When youre so good at reviewing that you accidentally make a review of the thing youre trying to find reviews of to decide whether or not to buy it:
Yup for me too,,this kit is my favorit gundam design, favorit gundam manga, favorit gundam series anime! & Now the next best for me is gundam EX requiem for vengeance,,,cant wait for the series came out
this is my favorite gundam. the look is so unique and we rarely get a water based Gundam
Right, because it's not that useful lol.
I'd love to see a Re:View of the Strike Rouge/Strike Gundam 2.0. I was super satisfied with the Rouge+Ootori, and would love to see how it stacks up on the scale today.
As someone who’s trying to meet a goal of building all the RG kits seeing you redo some of the early RG kits would be amazing to see what I’m getting into
If only they'd make an MG of it already.
One of my favourite kits I painted, shame I used enamel so the spine cracked
As for other kits to re-look at, maybe the rg exia
Seconded, my Exia is being shipped to me rn and I'd like some tips on how to improve, build etc
For a hg,that's a lot if accessories and it's quite cool too
We definitely need the Acguy Thunderbolt to have a HG release, even if it's P-Bandai. If Atlas Gundam got a HG release, Acguy Thunderbolt deserves one too.
Loving this format of review with the build by parts. Also, yes, that old reviews are from super dark times, but hey, that's what bring us all here.
When it comes to Re:view like this, I think nothing better than MG Aegis review
Agreed!
Considering the amazing progress the RG line has had, I would love some 00 re:views with modern Rg consideration
10:30 There are decals for the Atlas! It’s part of a “universal” HG Thunderbolt decal sheet. I know this because I used them for my custom GM Spartan, the P90-esc decals were too cool to pass up.
Thanks for the tip. What's P90 btw?
I was referring to the FN P90, it’s a submachine gun. It has this super interesting sci-fi look that I think the Atlas’ main machine guns share in resemblance.

Give me a Thunderbolt GM Custom or Darrly's new machine damnit!
One of my favorite Gundam from UC series. When I first saw it in Gundam Thunderbolt anime, I immediately fall in love with it.
10:23 There are water slides for this kit made by Bandai. They're a collection of slides on 1 sheet for all of the HG thunderbolt kits.
So little mg being made so I've been building older kits, looking especially for unique build experiences; so Id love to see more MG reviews, maybe not pre v2.0 era, but anything after that I'd for sure like to see
I would love to see a Re:view from the MG Strike, see how it stands now in comparison to newer MGs
I would love to see a video on a few oooold hg/ng 1/144 for old times sake. Maybe a comparison of old kits to the newer versions of them. It’s nice to see how far bandai has come.

Would love to see your review of your favourite RG, the mk ii. It looks so good and still holds up to this day
Thank you Mecha for doing a Re:view on the Atlas doing it Justice! It really needed one compare to the old review as it was so so short😅😂😂
I'd love for you to Re:view the old IBO line since it's your favorite.
I love this kit. I currently have it sitting at my desk. My top contenders for number HG kits is this and they Beyond Global
w idea i love this you should do a whole series on this especially helpfull for the newbies who want to get back in and start with older kits ❤️❤️
This guy is at the top of my MG wish list. Also would love for them to finish the Thunderbolt anime.
I can blow on them and they’d fall off
Same, also hated how the hand that holds the shields keeps falling apart. The arm supports help but the hand cant keep itself together
Looking at the thumbnail and I’m like? THATS A HIGH GRADE? The head looks like real grade!
A lot of your first videos were on some pretty iconic kits, like the Strike MG remaster, MG Aegis, MG Proto Zero. Another set of kits I've been wondering about is the old no grade 1/100s. Some flashback reviews of old as hell kits could be interesting. I can't imagine they'd take to long to put together either with how simple they look.
i think it'd be cool to do a video of all the wing MG kits as a whole, including the pbandai ones.
one of the best gundam designs . This kit really needs more than the usual extra effort but its worth it..
You could pour some ink from the gundam marker and use a toothpick as a paint brush to get the small parts. that is what I do on my gunpla.
glad to see you're starting to put some effort into your kits
I recommend acrylo markers (if i’m not mistaken the name), those markers had a really small pointy tip, so it’s great for detailing small parts.
This is one of the best UC Gundam ever, I just love Gundam without super mode or funnels bs. You should consider adding the P Bandai Atlas into your collection
I really like a re:view of the RG Tallgeese, maybe one re:view of all the RG's tallgeese (I, II, III and TV version)
I’ve always wondered why you haven’t done the Sazabi Ver Ka, it’s such an iconic kit
A RE:view of the MG Aegis Gundam would be awesome
I'd love to see a re:view of the rg sinanju!! Maybe with the past few years of added experience and knowing what to cement and what not to, maybe youll be able to make it not as headache inducing?? i hope!!
You made me buy an Atlas Gundam. Thank you Mecha!
Excellent work on the paint!
The waterslides for atlas are called “Gundam Thunderbolt Multiuse 114”
one thing im surprised you never reviewed, or at least i couldnt find it, the MG Sazabi Ver Ka, ill have to go looking to see things that id like to see re:viewed
Glad to hear you're doing so much better now.
Wow didn´t expect to the Atlas to be such nice kit although ofc it needs a lot of extra effort to look awesome but just Wow
Thx for the review i really like your videos and thanks to them i started in gunpla :D
and also I'd love to see a Re:View of the RG Wing Gundam EW someday
love this type of content, you should definitely do the hg age kits
GOD, can you even IMAGINE how cool a MG of this bad boy would be?
people said this design is weird. but if we look further, since it's design for underwater purpose, the design very make sense
Oooo ooo oo, the HG vidar should get a re:view!
Envious of this kit! Gundam thunder bolt is one of my favorite pieces of media
We gotta get a Re:View of the Gundam Origin FSD (North American, FSD, and Heavy Armor) full review.
The 5 year old one is nice, but recently you've been adding fun facts and I think the FSD deserves more justice!
I just bought it yesterday, cant wait to build it😍😍😍
I will get onboard of this “Re:View” series. I mean, you have to re release the older reviews in your new reviewing platform. could be fun!
I realy appreciate your reviews and I think you are a fun too watch. I would love if you did a re:view of the RG astray red frame
Dayum! Check out those stereo sound effects! Listen with headphones for optimal effect haha.
Wing Gundam Fenice Rinascita MG, Aegis MG, Turn X MG, Hi-Nu MG Ver.Ka, Hyaku-Shiki 2.0 MG, Ground-Type S HG, Ball MG Ver.Ka
We would like a review of “The First Gunpla” that made you started on the gunpla journey.
Would love to see a re:view of the MG TV Wing Gundam again.
Such a nice modelo!! It needs a RG or MG.
I’d love to see a re:view of the rg zeta! Currently working on it right now
Very Tiger and Bunny style aesthetics! ^^
Please do a RE:VIEW of your RG Exia. Would love to see it shine again❤
While not a Re:View per say, I'd love to finally see the Psycho Zaku Ver.Ka!
All the old IBO reviews, you could even make a tier list of the HG gundam frames and how do they compare to more modern HG kits
I'm not sure if you've reviewed it before, but if you have something like the Woundwort or Haze'n-thley II, that'd be a fantastic review to make!
I bought this kit LITERALLY yesterday lmao
Hell yeah
would love to see you revisit some kits that you've reviewed pre-2017.
I’d love to see a Re: View of the HG NEMO.
I would really like to see you do a RE:VIEW of the MG Aegis.
could you also re review a little about the old kit condition especially the articulation when you're doing re:view? so viewers have pictures about how the figure hold up through the years
I’ve seen two of these kits in local hobby shops near me in Korea, I guess I shouldn’t sleep on them if they’re this good despite the color inaccuracies
This railgun also appear in the beginning of the movie before replaced with one that include in P Bandai version
the MG justice review needs justice! do a re:view please
I'd really would love to see you reviewing the sazabi ver ka
MG when? Especially as a ver.ka (don't forget about Kshatriya Bandai, please)
The color layering level needed for this HG kit didnt came until we get HG Gundam Justice knight.
Id like to see you do the MG Justice 2.0 more in depth or the silver version of the MG Freedom 2.0
