The Bahrain track is good, though. I quite like the Yas Marina Circuit as well, but Bahrain definitely and it has generally produced decent racing.
Dubai is great also
@@TJCCBR47 Dubai Autodrome. I've driven that track in the Project Cars-series, and it's also a pretty enjoyable one to drive.
Bahrain is top 5 track.
Here's some advice: replace Sochi with Igora Drive, and get Yas Marina out of the calendar, we want Sepang.
The reason why F1 don't race in Sepang anymore is because, obviously money problems, the amount of money the Malaysian government need to host the race is just way to expensive, the tickets price target is more for foreign spectators that local

In short, Monaco itself is a country where u don’t pay tax and only for rich, spoilt ppl to live in. The ppl are messed up over there and so is the track. Quali is tense but in the race, it’s worse than watching paint dry

Prost Senna, Senna Mansell, I could mention some great battles back in the 60’s too... Monaco is not the problem, is what F1 became that made it boring, nowadays as Nelson Piquet said it's like a merry go round.
Mario Treglia you could battle in the 60s because the cars weren’t the width of a Range Rover going 200 mph the cars are way too big and fast for Monaco to be good

Wow. 2004 cars were brutally fast. It's unbelievable how quick that is, with grooved tires. Imagine the speed of slicks.
No Monaco, we don't
f1 cars today are just too wide for Monaco. The probability of f1 losing another historical track is just a matter of time.
We miss Monaco, because we like looking at the yachts and swimming pools for 90 minutes while the cars parade around in single file.
Richard Hudson yeah we miss the spectacular view, you don’t see peculiar street tracks as such. Last time F1 have seen a street track with an amazing view is Montjuic.
@@remiicario the problem is it will be lost to another India, another boring track in the Middle East or South Korea. I would rather have Monaco than some country that paid a lot of money for 2 races and then be dropped by F1.
Looks like it will be a suitable substitute for Monaco, fun to watch but next to no on track passing
‘Everything you need to know 😂😂😂’ You failed to mention or even give a quick nod to the fact that it’s made famous through MotoGP which has used it since the 1970’s, and it creates the best racing ever being so fast for Motorcycle racing in general. Get a grip Autosport, and give more time to the pinnacle of 2 wheels. Also, it’s not pronounced Mewgello...

That’s why, stupid to ignore that fact while follow the leader F1 just turn up here after MotoGP have been coming for 40 years. It’s the two wheeled sister of F1. More and more people are watching it every year, it’s growing faster and faster. Thankfully Sky Sports F1 have been mentioning it over the weekend 👏🏻 ‘bike racing’ what you generalising it for?

Looks like an amazing track to see cars at their peek performance for qualifying. Seems like it’ll be a bit of a parade for the race though

SteveMHN I think it’s the kind of circuit for Max and Leclerc, one has a fast car and can do well, the other sadly... the Mercedes do have the advantage, but Red Bull and the Pink Panthers, Aston “Mercedes” could do well too.

If 10 laps of Mugello is 1,000 around Yas Marina then 1 lap of Mugello is = 1,000,000,000,000 laps of Monaco.
Personally I don't enjoy driving on Mugello much (simracer here), it feels like a slight variation on the same chicane 5 times over and then a long straight. Although I can imagine it's a lot more exciting if you can actually feel the G's in those corners which I obviously can't.

Monza this year was only good due a freak sequence of incidents. But this video does really not explain and show the racing line or the turns... the bumpy was interesting to hear... but still not much of track layout is explained
The only reason why i know this circut well, it's because of Forza motorsport 4. My fastest lap there is 1:21 in an LMP1 car

My guy, during the lap at the end: What's that little red light on the starboard side of the forward section? Its right by where the upper wishbone (?) meets the body. What does it mean when it goes off? The blue one is just on all the time? Sorry, I don't go here.

I really really hope I'm wrong, but I just have this feeling that this is going to be a relatively boring race with only a few exciting overtakes. I reckon it will come down team strategies and tyre management, over wheel to wheel racing. (Cries in 1 DRS zone)
But, it's a new track so anything is possible, fingers crossed!

Like Damon Hill, he's always been a fast driver, when things go his way. Pound for pound, Sergio Perez has always been ten times the racing driver, Vettel ever was. Cheko fights tooth & nail for every position on Sunday and he doesn't make idiot mistakes like Vettel AND he brings a TON of Carlos Helu Slim money!!! They have to PAY Vettel!!!! Wtf is the problem here?!

this video came out today and is already outdated. the track record was beaten in free practice by almost 2 seconds!
It's great already. Changes to make it the best ever:
Add American races, Suzuka and Zandvoort, Hockenheim (maybe some classic street circuits for the views: Monaco and Singapore)
Remove the double races, Spain and Sochi.
What does africa have to do for f1 race calenders.

Mugello is one of the best motorcycling circuits in the world, which is why it won't be all that good for F1. It works the same the other way around too. COTA is a good F1 circuit, but absolutely terrible for motorcycling.
Max is going to enjoy this one, it’s the kind of circuit for Leclerc, but...

sure Monaco has history but that's all it has going for it absolutely garbage circuit for proper racing and I couldn't give a crap if it was no longer on the calendar. Give me Istanbul, Imola, Mugello and Portimao any day, absolutely world class circuits. Half a calendar worth of races, but TBH the circuits are of much greater quality. Its only really missing Suzuka and maybe a couple of others for it to be perfect.

How's that? It was used by F1 less than a decade ago, unlike Zandvoort. Not to mention it is owned by Ferrari for F1. The track won't be given any changes as it is already FIA Grade 1 which is the certification to host F1 races.
Just hope that they don't put some asphalt in runoff areas
