It's a good idea. Probably not enough points to make a meaningful difference I would say. The Reptile Breeding gives +3 for the project and +3 for Breeding Program end game. Last Uni gives +3 and +3 for Tech Institute end game. I well and truly messed up somewhere before that point in time.

First game, last round, maybe you should have done reptile breeding for the 2 rep, take 3 X, you gain your 3rd worker and can immediatly do Asia 5?

noob question...how were you able to play the Size 5 New Zealand Fur Seal into a size 3 enclosure?
That's the map ability of Outdoor Areas! If you have an enclosure touching the gates it has +2 capacity :)
