The best ASMR have no talking. I absolutely can't stand when the video creator has the microphone basically inside their mouth, and you pretty much only hear he crackling of spit in their mouth and their lips smacking. Nothing annoys me more. It's like hearing someone eat with their mouth open. Triggers me in a negative way.
