While you mention the salary like this, please mention it after tax because people from BD will think you earn that much, and you are living a lavish life and not contributing enough for your family and friends. Hope you understand the pain today or tomorrow. :)
But you have no idea how much money the guest or me personally contribute to friends, family, donations, etc. So, why are you judging? You can also calculate the tax rate since it's public information. When talking about salary, mentioning pre-tax salary is the standard globally.

Sorry bhaiya for shifting between English and Bangla so much. I joked about this with Seeam during our chat as well. Just as Seeam said, I've been speaking entirely in English for the time I've been in the UK - no one at my workplace speaks Bangla (not even the few Bangladeshi immigrants). This added with the fact that I have no immediate relatives here means I've been speaking in English for the entirety of my stay here - both at work and outside of it. Since I was so out of practice, it was a bit harder to communicate in Bangla.

Let me specify more, mostly we focus on getting good grades in the board exams, now if we make a stand out performances in HSC / SSC with 90% average and let's say govt. scholarship in HSC, will it compensate for my low grades/gpa in term examinations of my high school?

No one can tell if it will compensate completely but it helps for sure. It's better to have great results in both board exams & internal exams
