Ye depend karta hai aapki company ke uper. Agar do saal ka contract hai to 2 saal Pura karna padega agar aap contract renew nahi kar Rahe hai to.

Hi, agar aap ka contract 2 saal ka hai aur aap usse pahle resign kar Rahe hai to aap kar sakte hai with required notice period Lekin company aap ko recruitment expences charge kar sakti hai.

Grace period after visa cancellation/expiration? then no, you can't.
The grace period is only for those people who are inside Bahrain and allows them to stay 30 days after cancellation to renew visa or find new employer.

Bhai, first aapko thank you bolna chahiya us company ko jisne aap ka visit visa employment visa me change kiya. And second agar aapko company aachi nahi lag rahi hai to aap apne eligibility check kar lijiye ki aap entitle hai ki nahi. Waise employment visa holder is not eligible to apply for work permit card. Maine already eligibility kaise check karte hai ispe video bana rakha hai aap usko dekh lijiye.

@@LaxmanYadavup Aap officially apna resignation with notice period jaisa Aapke contract me hai, apni company ko dijiye aur sath hi sath ek resignation letter post office se Apne company ke address pe send kar dijiye. Agar notice period ke Baad bhi Aapka passport aur settlement nahi milta hai to aap LMRA office me visit kar lijiye.
