My German husband and I had known each other for over 10 years bgo kmi nagpakasal. I just got my Family reunion visa. Nagtataka ako kc yung binigay saking visa ay 6 months valid, but I applied for 3 months stay. I guess iba iba ang binibigay depende siguro sa city and case.

Hi po. For the temporary residency po na binigay ng Ausländerbehörde, gano katagal po ang binigay nilang extension sayo? 90 days lng din kasi binigay sakin sa frv ko
90 days lang po tlga ang FRV. And yung Fiktionsbescheinigung po na binigay is valid up to 6 months po ata yun, pero nakuha ko naman po agad ang residence permit ko po nun.

Iba sis. Yung contract dba more pages yun. Ang Wohnung Certificate 1 page lang, parang confirmation lang na sa apartment na yan ka tlga nakatira with signature ng landlord or owner ng apartment.

so wala palang nilagay na date ang husband mo sa invitation letter kundi, you will stay with him sa Germany forever? Walang date na from date na ganito, until sa date na ganito sa invitation letter? Nabanggit mo kc sa video mo sissy na hanggang 90 days lng ang duration ng visa sa FRV kaya kailangang mabigyan ka na agad ng temporary residency. At sabi mo pa sa video na kahit FRV visa ang hawak ntin eh may limit ang stay ng 3 months pag wala pang temporary residency...

@@joyceann3375 nilagyan namin from date of my departure sis tas until forever na. Oo sis tama sis na mention ko yun. Kaya within 90 days mkpag apply na ng residency sis para legal yung pag stay natin dito.

Im currently studying po for an Integration Course. Kapag marunong kana ng language nila then hndi na po kailangan. Pero kapag hndi ka pa marunong, obliged po na mag aral ng language nila kapag mag aapply tayo ng residency dito. 😊

First of all: Congratulations to your successful marriage and family reunion!
I hope you can help us with some of our questions in our situation (it's pretty similar to yours was as far as I understand):
I am a german citizen, she is a Filipina. We have met in the Philippines in April this year. We are applying for a visit Visa for unmarried couples to Germany (Schengen Visa) right now. We plan to marry in Denmark in the time period of her 15 day stay. The process and requirements of these two things are quite clear to us. She is also going for an A1 exam in the next few weeks. Our overall plan is for her to return after the visit visa/marriage and then go for the national Visa (family reuinion) for her to move to Germany. That's were it's getting unclear.
First question would be:
It isn't a problem to marry in Denmark with just a visit Visa and without mentioning it, right? As long aa she doesn't overstay her Visa duration of course. Or do we need to disclose that intention? (We kinda think, it diminishes our chances to get the Visa, if we do)
Second question:
The requirements for the marriage license seems to be too easy. It only asks for her passport and Schengen Visa and for me only my ID and erweiterte Meldebeacheinigung. Is that correct? From how much I had to go through already with bureaucracy, I feel like they will ask for at least something like her certificate of marital status/no marriage or something like that. And then these documents need authentication by the Danish Embassy in Manila? Or how did that go for you two?
Third question:
Will the marriage in Denmark be accepted/approved in the Philippines? I have read, that the marriage certificate needs to be certified by the Philippine Embassy in Denmark (before 2019 in Norway) to be approved in the Philippines. Is that correct? Or is it even needed in our case? In other words: Is the marriage certificate itself enough proof for the family reunion Visa or does it need more steps in between marriage in Denmark and applying for national Visa?
Last question:
When does the step of changing her name come in exactly? As I understand it, it comes between marriage and applying for the national Visa in the Philippines?

1) Yes, right. I didn't have a problem because I never mentioned getting married in Denmark
2) Yes, exactly. In our experience we only submitted my passport copy, visa and Certificate of No Marriage, and this certificate must be apostilled in Department of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines. Also they asked for my passport stamp in Frankfurt Airport to prove that I already arrived in Germany.
3) If you both want your marriage to be accepted in the Philippines, you need to file a Report of Marriage in the Philipine Embassy in Denmark, or you can also file in Philippine Embassy in Germany. But it is not required for applying a Family Reunion Visa. Marriage Certificate from Denmark is enough for the FRV application.
4) I have done it after 4 months of filling a Report of Marriage in Philippine Embassy Berlin, that time my Report of Marriage copy from Philippine Statistics Office is available. Report of Marriage copy from PSA is required in DFA for changing my passport to married name. I thought also it would help make the Family Reunion Visa application process easier if i am using my married name.
@@rudztravel 2) Was the certificate of No Marriage already needed to get the marriage license or just for the registry office a day before the ceremony? And the stamp by Frankfurt was also only needed then, I assume.
3) I read on the Philippine Embassy in Copenhagen website, that the Report of Marriage requires the Marriage Certificate to be LEGALIZED/NOTARIZED BY THE DANISH MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS (in capital letters like that)
I assume, that this is the case anyways in a "normal legal" marriage or is that an additional step to take? (If you know, by any chance)

May I ask how old you were, when you applied for marriage in Denmark?
Because there is some information, that points to different requirements of Philippine citizenship in certain age ranges e.g. 21-25 years old (parental advice + certificate of marriage counseling)

3) after getting the Marriage Certificate in Denmar we have it Apostilled in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, because yes, Apostilled Marriage Certificate is needed when filing a Report of Marriage in Philippine Embassy.
