Hi Mira, just have to tell you that I am using the first 35-40 min. of this one as my daily PT, as I am seriously working on strengthening hamstrings, quads and glutes following some bad knee issues. In combination with daily pedaling on my hometrainer, I am making great progress, so thank you so very much!
Really great! The ball made most of the moves harder e.g. Pelivc Curl, Bridge, and the awesome variation rolling the leg on the ball out-and-back; but putting the ball behind the back made the sequence with Single Leg Stretch, CrissCross, etc. gentler. The ball was great at engaging my muscles e.g. the inner thighs, hamstrings. The sequence in Quadraped position was intense! with the ball behind the leg. Thank you!

Very good workout but this is definitely not intermediate. There is no single moment to rest and each exercise gets harder and harder while you think you're almost done with it.
Unfortunately these class is booorrrriiiing bc most exercises targeting only abs. And it’s not interesting to train them for 30 mins and another half all body(
