- Our flight to Vienna was almost a disaster, but we managed to get there and have a lovely couple of days. I am now prepping to go to Dubai and panicking about what to wear.... the usual story... haha. xx

Hi Helen, being in the wrong terminal with 25 mins to spare….you would be having kittens. Glad you enjoyed Vienna and have a super time in Dubai and congratulations on your 45th. We were 55 years married in September, so you and I were only 20 when we got married all these years ago! 🍾🥂🏴xx

Hi Helen, Your flight seemed quite stressful, but I know how you feel.
2019 my husband and I were in Heathrow AP. We were waiting for the plane to Melbourne Australia were we live. The only thing my husband had to do was check the gate number, he said it would be gate no 1 so off we went. Finally go up to the gate to board and the stewardess said this plane is going to Kazakhstan. Well I was furious so we were running back to see the board and there was a lady with a sign and our surname on it. Well by the time we got to the plane they had got our bags and cases off and closed the gate. So we had to buy another 2 tickets and an overnight stay and stayed in the airport for 24hrs. What a nightmare.
Oh No! Now that really is a nightmare! xx

I love your wonderful attitude regrading your flight and the cabin crew. I think all of the black pants look good on you. The white chunky sweater / jumper would be difficult for many of us but in a darker color it might be perfect for winter. Thank you, for your 😊videos look for them every week!

Hi Helen - I just flew Wizz Air to Vienna myself last week. I was fully expecting a terrible experience, as it doesn't have the best of reputations. But we couldn't have had a better flight. So I'm genuinely shocked that a good airline like BA was so poor. Vienna is definitely a beautiful city - worth the flight!

Oh my goodness. What a nightmare start to your holiday! I don’t know what is going on but a lot of M&S trousers have these seams down the front. It just takes you back to the old days. Horrid. I really hope it’s not going to become a general thing as I hate it. The trousers were a weird shape too but that seems to be a trend too. I tried on a pair of wide trousers today and ,as I am only 5ft 2 in you can image what they looked like. I was as wide as I was long 😂. Not for me no matter how fashionable. In two minds about the dress. It suited you and fitted well ,the colours were lovely but it was quite distinctive. The horror if you went somewhere only to see someone else in the same! Mind you it has happened to me and the other lady and just had a good laugh about it, fortunately 😀. Enjoy Dubai. Hope it has no incidents other that good ones. X

I am so shocked at hearing that your husband found a bag of vomit in the seat pocket, I always thought that the crew would do a full security check before passengers boarded. Hi hun. I’m glad you had a great time in Vienna. I haven’t been there before, but my dad and my brother have been and say it’s lovely 🥰. That’s crazy that you were in the wrong terminal. Heathrow is a massive airport. Oh no 🙈 that’s gross 🤢 oh my goodness, Helen, you make me laugh 😂. I know what it’s like when you need a cup of tea lol 😂. I wouldn’t say no to champagne or vodka though lol 😂. Dubai is super hot. I lived there for 6 months back in 2006. It’s a great place ❤❤❤.
