This is the most absurd event to happen recently in Ghana. An illegally recorded tape of a conversation between the AG and an accused person where the AG is probing or discussing a plea bargain is now a basis to dismiss the charges? Prosecutors in the west ask witnesses to testify against their bosses, friends and associates all the time in return for a reduced sentence. Only in Ghana is such discussion seen as illegal. There wasn’t even a written agreement that could be used in court.
Meanwhile Ato Forson who caused the financial loss and probably got paid a bribe and the NDC are seeking to confuse Ghanaians and have the case dismissed.
I really wish the European government of the van manufacturer that Ato Forson did the corrupt deal with would step in and investigate the case. Then we would all know what happened instead of this deliberate coverup by NDC.

Have you in anyway asked yourself that is the said ambulances in Ghana? If yes, where's it. But if no, where's it? Go to the parliament house and you'll see the ambulances parked them for almost 8 years, whilst the accessories is also at Tema port. The ambulances have been sitting idle at the parliament never been used for 8 years now. Why's the AG not involving BLUE SEAS & BoG to this matter? Because the AG and the government have an agenda to by all means jail Ato Forson at all cost knowing very well he's innocent
But the same AG also rejected the money. When the accused person company in plead bargaining agreed to pay all the money with interest.
